Thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the view! I really loved waking up to the sunrise over the sea every morning. The property was exactly as described in the listing.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Check-In war sehr unkompliziert im Hotel nebenan, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand ist sehr schön und war ziemlich ruhig. Pools konnten wir auch mitbenutzen, allgemein ist die Anlage schön und grün, am letzten Tag nach dem Check-Out dürften wir dort noch bleiben. Ein Shopping Mall ist gegenüber, aber kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Parkplatz für das Auto war überwacht und ziemlich nah ist ein Stop für die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Die Aussicht ist schön, die Zimmer sind groß genug, das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist mit einer nicht raumhohen Wand aufgeteilt (damit Licht in die Küche reinfällt). Sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. Jorge war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Location, location, location!!!! Best spot on the strip. Beautiful views from both balconies, and all the amenities you need for a great vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

We had the most comfortable bed in Mexico here and an amazingly strong shower! The view from the balcony was also amazing. When we ran into a small issue, Eduardo was very quick to respond and sent a repairman to solve it within 1 hour, eventhough it happened on a Sunday. The beach was also amazing. Very much worth the price: staying here was a luxurious experience.

Augustine was so helpful and the beachfront apartment gas the best view of the ocean and easy accessibility to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable with really good AC! Thank you so much and see you next time!

The space was clean and homely. Easy access to the pool and beach. The staff at the resort were less than helpful and very rude when I asked a question in regards to the room because we did not book through them. That is my only complaint. The space was very beautiful!

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Todo estuvo excelente, la vista desde el muelle no pudo ser mejor, tienes el mar entero para ti!. La casa impecable igual que las fotos. Andrés fue atento y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones.

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Fantastic host! So helpful and kind and super responsive. I loved the house, it is as advertised, it is a real home in Mexico, so a few little quirks or rough edges, but if you wanted sanitized boring cookie cutter you would have stayed at a hotel. The home is comfortable and the patio is fabulous right on the water. The location is great, so close to the ferry terminal so transport around is so easy and I really felt safe in the neighborhood. Homey. I would so happily stay here again

Rentamos la casa para pasar el fin de semana en familia y la casa estuvo perfecta para eso ♥️ La verdad que está en un muy buena ubicación la casa y prácticamente tiene todo cerca. La casa la dejan con todo lo que vas a necesitar en tu estancia al igual que los utensilios para mantener limpia la casa, esperamos regresar muy pronto!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach, restaurants and convenience stores just outside the complex. The walk/bike path along the entire hotel zone was very handy and we walked just about everywhere (~45min to the marina then city centre area).

Everything was great! The host was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here

Schön, ruhig und für den Preis kann ich nur empfehlen. Rodrigo, unser Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner war hilfsbereit egal was wir gefragt haben und immer sehr freundlich. Wenn man kein Luxus will /sucht und nur Strand, Sonne und die mexikanische Atmosphäre genießen will, dann diese eine gute Option ist.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.
