a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable stay . great communication from state to finish. super clean house and maintained gardens kitchen has everything you need to have a great stay and beds are comfortable and clean, we booked last minute due to a local water mains burst not to far from the main A55 , easy to find and such a peaceful place amazing views at the back of the house

Great location in the heart of Conwy with stunning views of Conwy Castle and the bay area. We loved the view from the front of the house. Keri was extremely helpful from the day I made the reservation, providing clear instructions and quick responses. She also shared great recommendations for nearby tourist attractions. The house is very well-equipped, especially for kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. My son loved the space, and my dad really enjoyed the books and the relaxing atmosphere. We had fun playing the family games provided. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed walking into the town several times during our stay and also had a lovely meal while sitting outside the Castle View Bar & Restaurant. My son especially loved the large playground just around the corner. The house had all sorts of useful amenities suitable for all ages. Thanks, Keri, for an amazing week – we would definitely return!

Lovely well equipped house walking distance from the start of the Llanberis path up Yr Wyddfa and also the village centre . Lovely and warm with a log fire also . Private parking .

Had the pleasure of staying at the woodmans cottage last week. It was absolutely fantastic and perfect for a quiet getaway. Its about a 10 minute drive from conwy (the nearest town) and 30-40 minutes from snowdonia too. Becky and Phil were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond on making sure we had an incredible stay. Would definitely recommend this place and i can’t wait to return in the future :)

We really liked being in the centre of this nice village. The port area is lovely, and the walk towards Traeth Lligwy is very attractive. The Cottage is small, but well equipped.

Fabulous stay. The house was perfectly situated for all we wanted to do. You do definitely need a car though. The house was exactly as described and the garden better. Hot tub a welcome extra after a climb of Snowden. Freda was a proactive and responsive host. Good restaurant recommendations Homemade lemon cake, bubbles and flowers were waiting for us. Freda was super flexible and accommodating about check in. I cannot rate this experience high enough. We will definitely be back.

Property was beautifully presented, very clean and very homely. It had everything that we needed. We booked the property due to it's close proximity to our family that we were visiting. Check in was easy, host was responsive and property was better than expected for the cost. Excellent Stay 5*

We had brilliant stay. We were a group of 9 friends who used this place as a base for the weekend. Surpassed my expectations. Big kitchen and lounge for us all to hang out and chill. Great bedrooms. Thank you so much.

Perfect peaceful place to use as a base for exploring beautiful Anglesey. It’s evident a lot of thought and care has been put into the decor making it homely and cosy. David's place is perfect! The location is unbeatable, close to great restaurants, café and pubs, a few steps to the beach and the pier, which you can see as you have your meals at the table in the living room, and you can take walks in the surrounding hills. We even went to Snowdon which is only less than an hour drive. The flat is gorgeous and has absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. And we love the little terrace at the back where we had lunch one day, and a drink a couple of days. David and Susie were always responsive, and entrance to the place with the keys accessible with a code made it all very easy. Apart from the place, we felt in love with beautiful Llandudno. I'd highly recommend the place to anyone going to North Wales. Thanks David and Susie!

My fiancée and I had a great time staying at Jonathan and Gwen’s place! We had initially booked for our trip to Zip World and decided to hike Yr Wydffa as well and the place was perfect for everything we needed! The popcorn, chocolate, and Prosecco that was provided was such a lovely touch and was greatly appreciated! The flat is in an amazing location and a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. The only little obstacle we faced was seven it came to cooking in the kitchen as the oven/hob situation is quite limited, but not impossible! We managed to make a few meals but weren’t able to cook too much as there wasn’t much space to do so. Aside from this the place was amazing and the cinema room is a great touch, we loved it! Would happily recommend the Welsh Basement Flat for anyone looking for comfort and relaxation amidst the beautiful sites and nature that North Wales has to offer!

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

It’s a great location. When you step out it’s just the beach. It’s not a busy location- calm and secluded just next to the high street. You can see the sunrise from your bedroom which is decorated well. Ideal for a family of 4 or a couple. Would highly recommend this place

Lovely apartment, just as described. In a great location for walking in the local area. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be when we are back in the area :)

The place was so much better than expected, overall easy 5 star Flat. The bathroom was big, clean and upto date. I normally don't fit in showers, being 203cm, yet I fitted enough that I could wash adequately, yes sometimes reaching my feet and legs to wash was tougher but no impossible but that's more of me problem. The kitchen contained enough stuff for dinners, we done Chicken dinner, fry up and roast and didn't struggle for space nor equipment front room is good with lots of Space for 4 guests aswell as great view The bedrooms when warm stayed warm, all things were neat and clean and storage was OK for a few days of clothes The location itself is a 10 minute walk to the LLanberis path, there's restaurants and pubs round the bed and small tourist type shop too. Aswell as two shops for extra outdoor equipment. For limitations, we are clutching at straws. Pretty much ideal and then some for Snowdon or quiet Welsh break.

Returned again . The apartment feels like our second home, cosy.lovely decor,relaxing ,convenient for shops & restaurants & with no worry about parking. Michelle is a great host. We will be back & would not hesitate to recommend.
