This was a great homestay and a real gem. Stewart was proactive and responded before I even arrived to all the concerns I had as a woman traveling alone. He was always proactive if I needed to know anything. Warm and very pleasant. I highly recommend Stewart's home and hopefully, I will be back very soon. All in all - my most amazing homestay away from home.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Charl and Nelly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, assisting with day-to-day needs and making us feel completely at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the presence of their wonderful dogs – they were such a delightful addition, adding warmth and joy to our experience. The outdoor space was truly a dream – a stunning garden with a refreshing pool, a fun trampoline, and charming swings that made every moment spent outside feel magical. The combination of a beautiful home, outstanding hospitality, and fantastic amenities made this stay one to remember. We had an amazing stay with our baby at this wonderful place. The location was perfect, in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, with great access to lots of tourists hotspots. Everything in the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The host's communication, responsiveness, and hospitality were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our baby absolutely loved the house and felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We picked Marten's place primarily for the back yard and it didn't disappoint! The kids loved the pool and trampoline as well as the play structure and lots of well maintained open grass areas to run and play. The house was great as well, particularly the open living space. Brave was always available at a moment's notice to clarify anything required. Would definitely book again. Thanks

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

My family of five had a wonderful time at Mini’s place. It was peaceful and a perfect fit for us when we hosted our parents as well. It was very spacious and Mini went above and beyond to help us feel at home. We were particularly grateful for her prompt communication and local recommendations.

Paula took us in with very short notice and still was able to provide everything we needed. We had the loveliest time in this super quaint little house. It’s the perfect home and felt very safe!

Dieters place was great. Spacious and modern. Very clean and neat. He even provided the makings for breakfast which was wonderful.

This place is the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and feel truly at home. It's peaceful, quiet, and incredibly welcoming. The space was spotless, and Zingisa, the host, was exceptionally friendly. During our stay, one of my kids accidentally broke a glass or two—luckily, no one was hurt—but when we offered to cover the cost, Zingisa kindly refused, saying it was all about "honesty." To me, though, it was much more than just a generous gesture; it was a reflection of the warm and thoughtful hospitality we experienced. We truly appreciated it.

Ryan's place is great for a short or long stay in Joburg. The location is great, safe and accessible. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Ryan and Ashleigh are great hosts and I highly recommend.

Sasha’s place is beautiful, clean and spacious, exactly as pictured, and we were all comfortable and happy. We felt safe and we especially liked having a restaurant in the building so that we could get a meal easily. When we had a couple of questions (e.g., how to open the deck door) she responded very quickly.

Most amazing apartment i’ve stayed in! Clean, comfortable and feels like home. Host was fantastic to communicate with and always helped with anything. 1000/10 would recommend to everyone
