We had a fantastic stay at Alix and Taj's property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Alix and Taj were wonderful hosts—helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the thoughtful touches like hotel-style bathroom products, fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even ramen (a big hit with the kids!). There were plenty of towels, adding to the comfort. The building lobby had a beautiful perfume—we even asked the concierge about it, though they didn’t know the scent. The location is unbeatable, with Southbank attractions nearby and easy access to public transport. We stayed over New Year’s and enjoyed a stunning view of the fireworks from The Shrine Celebration Zone—an unforgettable highlight! Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to return. This was a terrific stay. A lovely, quiet apartment with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The place is close to trams and within walking distance of nice restaurants. The host is lovely and very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay in Tikali's wonderful apartment, and will be my favorite home to return to when I come to Melbourne. Perfect location for my work, stunning apartment offers comfortable stay. Not to mention the view! Best kept secret to share with you!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Windmill Barn. From the outset Lauretta was an amazing host with great communication and attention to detail which is in full display within the property. Windmill barn is beautifully presented and exceedingly well equipped throughout. It is easy to lose time exploring the barn with so much history on display. The views out past the windmill are borderline ethereal once you've explored inside. If you find yourself looking to endulge another sense grabbing a coffee and heading out back brings auditory charm by way of birdsongs overwhelmingly dominated by Currawongs with the occasional interlude provide by a distant Whipbird. The sense of pure, immersive isolation in nature with the convenience of being 15 minutes away from modern commercial society and central to so many attractions in the area puts The Windmill Barn right at the top of our repeat visit list.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.

Great apartment, modern with great fittings. Good location between restaurants, cafes and the river (great to walk along into the city). The only drawback was the construction opposite, but we were aware of this before we booked, so didn’t impact us too much and outside of the control of the host! Would happily stay again if we come back to Melbourne.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and it was a stay we won’t soon forget. The views were spectacular, the breakfast foods and sweet treats in the fridge were a lovely touch and the check in was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

A beautiful place to stay with a fantastic shopping strip nearby with super markets, cafes and other places to dine or get take aways. The apartment was sensational, really enjoyed our time there with the family.

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

Kali’s house in Fitzroy feels like you are really staying in someone’s home. If you like that sense of belonging to an area, this is a great place to stay. Very close to parks if you have a dog, which was fantastic and walkable to the city. I would happily recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne for a short or long stay. X

Beautiful, spacious, homely but luxurious. We got married and used this house as the place we got ready and first saw each other. It was perfect.

A great stay in the heart of Richmond - Louise and Ross were very responsive and the house was spotless. The view from the balcony is fantastic - would recommend!

I stayed Geri’s apartment for about four weeks, she was a great host and responsive host. Always response very quickly and provided detailed instructions. The apartment located very close to the tram stops and walking distance to the beach. Also 20mins to the city with 96 tram, it’s really convenient! Her apartment offers almost everything you need for short stay and long stay like me. Fast speed internet connection and desk area makes very easy to do work. The apartment is good size and come with all essential equipments, condiments, toiletry staff, as well as some complimentary goods. I would definitely come back to her place! Thanx!

Beautiful iconic Melbourne warehouse. Had all the amenities you would need. Very spacious and lots of toys to entertain the kids with. Location is great, short walk to train station and trams. Erika and Chris were super friendly and great hosts!

Fantastic location in central Melbourne and getting around

We loved the location close to lots of bars and restaurants and a level walk into town. Apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable. Parking was available and easy to locate. Tanya helped us with any queries we had and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Julie was responsive in communication, the accommodation was very homely, suited us perfectly - absolutely packed with kitchen supplies, linen clean, excellent walking distance to CBD and south Melbs market. It was perfect for our quick weekend visit. Within the free transit zone so get around was very easy. Will def stay here again. Highly recommend. Michael was very friendly and quick to respond to our queries. Personally welcomed us and showed the apartment.

Jenni’s apartment is well located and the building had all the amenities we needed such as parking, pool, gym and tennis court. I particularly appreciated the nice sheets and soaps in the bathroom. Thank you for a nice stay

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

Excellent location on the Southbank with views as advertised; in fact everything was as advertised. Natalia was very quick and responsive to our queries. Small grocery next door and a supermarket a couple of blocks away so you don't have to spend every night eating at Melbourne's great restaurants! Pleasant walk to Flinders St Station, public transport in this city is great. Loved it!

We had a wonderful four day stay at Nahla’s apartment. It was such a cute space, really tastefully put together. The cafe downstairs was really nice as well. The location itself makes getting around Melbourne pretty easy too. Would absolutely recommend this spot. Nahla was also super responsive and helpful as a host :)
