What a great place to stay! Perfect location with a coffee shop right outside the door! The apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. We fully appreciated our stay here.

Amazing place, close to everything! Just a bit expensive for a one night stay, which was on me. Other than that, everything was incredible!

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Booking was easy and check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Apartment was clean and equipped with necessary basics. Mattress was super firm, so if you’re a pillow top person like me bring a topper. lol This place is a great value, even without us getting a chance to check out the apartment’s amenities since we were busy. There are no stairs required to get from your car to this apartment, but there are upstairs neighbors if that sort of noise irks you. We’d stay here again for the location and the value.

I stayed at Todd's place on a business trip and it had everything I needed! It was walking distance to some coffee shops, cookie shops, cute stores and restaurants. I also loved the amenities like the gym and the pool looked amazing (although I didn't swim in it due to it being colder). The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was very cute and cozy! It had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch for my work days. Overall, would highly recommend staying at here!

Fantastic place! The apartment has everything you could possibly need, was decorated really well, perfectly clean and the hosts were very communicative. The location is very convenient as well. I will definitely look at staying here in the future when in town.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. K. Aurora goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! Will definitely see if this home is available on our next trip to Bentonville.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cyclopath. It is a beautiful home and is extremely spacious and clean. We enjoyed the deck and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were in town for a wedding and were just a few miles from the chapel. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. If I am ever back in Bella Vista, I will definitely look to see if this place is available. We loved it. Can't say enough good things about it!

We were 4 couples staying here for 5 days of mountain biking and this place was perfect. Gorgeous home with great finishings and perfect location: trail heads were literally right outside the door! Bright, airy place, would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to friends.

Clean, bright, warm, accomodating, this was a great stay, with close access to some great Bentonville features, like 8th Street market, featuring the newest Home Grown eatery, the Momentary, and most notable Walmart campus.

We had a wonderful time! The views were gorgeous and we really enjoyed the covered patio. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week.

Jen’place is exactly what one can ask for- home outside home. From the time we stepped in, felt right at home. Beautiful deck facing hilly tracks and spacious basement exercise room.. Kitchen was full of all the accessories and utensils. Kids enjoyed their stay a lot. Within 10 minutes away, you can get hold of market shops for food and bike rentals. Very strategic location for mountain biking lovers, at the same time, private and personalized too..Bentonville town is nearby which made our stay memorable during Thanksgiving. Open ice skating rink at Bentonville town square is something one should not miss. Jen was very responsive and approachable during the whole stay. She helped with lot of recommendations for trails and food shops. Overall I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore beauty of Northewest Arkansas!!
