This was our fourth time staying at Julie’s place. Everything is always fantastic and we will continue to stay here when we visit Bentonville!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

This was our 2nd stay at Mikes place. It is a great location and perfect for 2 people. We will be back on our next trip to Bentonville.

Exceptional Stay, Lifelong Friendships! My stay at Staci and Tyler’s Airbnb was far beyond my expectations! From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel instantly at home. Communication was effortless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was evident how much care Staci and Tyler put into making guests feel welcome. But what truly sets this experience apart is the lasting friendship I’ve built. Tyler and I now play weekly Tuesday night tennis with friends around NW Arkansas—a testament to the genuine connections they foster. Karen went out of her way for us. We were in town expecting a baby, and she did more than you could imagine for us. She had set up a crib, a diaper station, bottle cleaners baby laundry detergent. You name it. And this was all without us asking, just from the kindness of her heart. Wonderful wonderful host. Do not hesitate to book. You mind just end up with a wonderful friend.

Great place to stay! Clean and pretty in easy walking distance to downtown square and restaurants! Really nice!!!! Easy to deal with host and parking! Will stay there again!

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

This place is amazing!!!! It is so cute, I wish I could live here. The beds and linens were so comfy. Towels extremely soft. Outdoor area was lovely for grilling out and hanging on the patio. My two little girls loved the swings. Walking distance to the square, bike trails, greenway, etc. Seriously the perfect location! Can’t say enough good things. If you are going to Bentonville, I highly recommend you stay here!!

The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

Perfect for a weekend get away. Bed was super comfortable! Big screen TV was great for watching sports. Had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

The layout was perfect for a trip with one of my co-workers. We each had a separate side of the condo for privacy and a comfortable shared area. It was very clean and is in a great location in Bentonville. Most of our meetings were in the Ledger building which was just across the street. Patrick was a great host and we’ll plan to stay with him again!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Very comfortable and charming. Would we stay again? A definite, yes.

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!
