This is an ideal spot for visiting Corvallis- walkable and likeable. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ellen was extremely friendly and helpful. She proactively communicated to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend the property and the hosts.

Great place! Amazing deal for having a literal sauna inside. We probably used it a dozen times. Also, great location in the heart of downtown Albany. It was great to be in walkable distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The traffic noise could be loud sometimes, but that’s the price you pay for being on such a central street. Overall, was really nice, clean, and relaxing for a month-long stay.

It was a very nice place to stay at that’s so very close to Oregon State University!

The location was great since it was two blocks from where our son lives. Short walk to OSU and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. A great last minute booking and great find after a last minute cancellation from another host. It was extremely comfortable, easy to find, and very clean and accessible. I would absolutely book again, and it’s perfect for two adults looking for a quiet place to stay and relax.

Very peaceful stay, slept very well and enjoyed some complementary snacks before bed. Easy check in easy check out would definitely stay again 10/10

Great accommodations! comfortable, everything we needed. Staying a little ways out from busy Corvallis gave us a quiet respite to relax and recharge. Pool table was a huge hit with my housemates!

I have been using Nathaniel's place the past 3 years for my visits. I love the location to downtown, OSU, and my son's student housing. I was able to give my son home cooked meals. This is my son's last year. I will miss it.

The location can't be beat, so close to things. Basement, but not cramped. spacious bathroom. Great stay, I come to Albany to see my nieces and I will definitely attempt to book with Mary again.

15 min walk to downtown restaurants. Would be a good 30 min walk to campus I think. Never heard the train. We were greeted upon arrival by two tweekers dumpster diving, but area felt generally safe. Place is in a sort of old apartment complex but it's fine for a couple night stay. Couch is comfy, one of us slept on it, and the extra blankets in the basket were appreciated. TV is good. Bathroom fine except toilet is a bit too close to bathtub and requires one to sit at a weird angle- not a real prob but it's a thing. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to make a simple meal. Parking is fine, right at the window. Other units were quiet. Good value and would stay here again, at this price point.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host. Space was exactly as described and very clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

Very well appointed! The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were great. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
