Nice house & Comfortable!! Definitely recommend to stay here

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which made our stay even more fun. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the basic appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The house stayed cool and breezy, so air conditioning wasn’t necessary, though it did get a bit warm in the afternoon. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and private stay!"

Had a great escape at KHAIIestate. Breakfast - Nasi Lemak sooo sedap and we also had lunch here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Susah nak cari penginapan yang betul-betul rasa seperti di rumah sendiri, tapi rumah ini memang memenuhi semua jangkaan saya. Dari saat melangkah masuk, suasana yang bersih, kemas, dan teratur terus buat saya rasa selesa. Segala peralatan yang dijanjikan dalam gambar memang ada dan berfungsi dengan baik. Dapur lengkap, bilik tidur selesa, ruang tamu luas dan nyaman. Apa yang paling saya suka adalah perasaan “homely” yang diberikan. Tak rasa macam duduk di tempat asing sebab segala keperluan dah tersedia, seolah-olah tuan rumah memang fikirkan keselesaan tetamu. Lokasinya juga strategik, mudah untuk ke tempat makan dan masjid. Kalau ada rezeki datang ke Temerloh lagi, saya pasti akan pilih rumah ini semula. Servis terbaik, rumah selesa—memang berbaloi!

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Adam provided the key and gave a detailed overview of the residence. He also shared excellent recommendations for shopping and dining experiences in the city. The location is conveniently close to a shopping center and a vibrant food street, making it a stay that offers great value for money.

A great place. One of my top lists after so many times deal with Airbnb. Near to Cheras Selatan too where super easy to find food no matter breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy to get there, guards also friendly. Definitely will come back again if wanna meet for friends near this area. Great experience.

Booked this unit during ramadan festive. Walkable distance to jalan TAR, Sogo and jakel mall. A beautiful unit complete with various ammenities. Recommended

10-15 minutes away from everything. The cabins are in a gated area, quiet, and easy to get away while still being close. It was a great stay and had a good time there. Xin is very flexible and easy to communicate with. Staff was super helpful and very courteous. I'll be staying here again when I come back to visit.

The place is amazing. All bedroom has individual bathroom and balcony. It just an amazing place for friends and family for short gateway. The host and his staff are very responsive and friendly. Definitely will recommend others.
