My family and i stayed at Tessa's for 2 nights. We felt like we were home and it only took a few minutes to arrive anywhere we wanted to go. Only 10-15 minutes to arrive at the Blue Zoo, Top Golf, and Crystal Bridges. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay there again!

Enjoy the house and the location. Would not mind staying here again.

Really nice location and well-appointed home. Had everything we needed for our biking weekend in Bella Vista. Will definitely be looking to book again when we head down next time.

This was our absolute best Airbnb experience that we hame ever had. Tim was so proactive in making our stay perfect. The location and views were absolutely stunning. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The house was absolutely spotless and loaded with all of the little things to make you feel at home. There is so much more that I could say about Tim as a host and his beautiful home overlooking Beaver lake but it would never do either one justice. I highly recommend Tim and his beautiful home. We’ll definitely be back.

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place for our family and another family to stay at. Our kids absolutely loved the house and continually asked to come back when we were out doing other things. It had everything we needed and then some.

We had such a great time at Beverly's place! Close to lovely hiking/biking trails, only 10 minutes from the Amazeum and Crystal Bridges, and our son loved making s'mores in the firepit. Beverly was so welcoming and her place had lots of nice touches. We felt right at home!

We travel frequently and have stayed at other Air BnB spots in the USA and elsewhere. That being said, Kathryn’s unit was cleaner and better appointed than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed. We’ll definitely return.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Easy access to the interstate without the noise. I love that there were two king beds and large space. The nespresso machine made the best coffee. This will be our go to location when in NWA.

Great little cabin with wonderful screened in porch. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap and dish washer soap. Only enough for over night there. Loved the cabin though and would go back for sure. The porch was a life saver with two year old twin boys.

Perfect retreat for our family relax and spend time together. Plenty to do and lots of areas to relax. Would love to return.

Very cute and comfortable house for our family of 4. It’s defiantly like a 20 min drive to a grocery store but we loved the location and the quietness! Loved being right on the lake and the boys could practice fishing and take the kayaks out! We loved the games in the house and the reclining chairs! It had just rained so the furniture outside was wet so we couldn’t use that! The only thing I wish it had was some drinkable water… like a water filter we could fill up . We had to buy a case of water which was fine but would of been nice to have some water available . But the house is pretty perfect and had everything we needed for cooking and even the family that we were visiting, thought the house was super cute and cozy ! Would definitely recommend

Kayla's place was just what we were looking for. My brothers and sister and their extended families had planned an outing in Bentonville to go mountain biking. All together we came from Texas and Wisconsin for a family get together and ended up renting 3 different AirBnBs. Kayla's house was by far the best of the bunch. The house was very well equipped and convenient to local attractions and restaurants. At one point we planned to cook out on the gas grill but found out that the propane tank couldn't be turned on. I texted Kayla and within an hour, she replaced the tank and saved the cookout. We would definitely stay there again even though my wife and I are not the prime demographic for mountain biking

We really enjoyed the cabin in the woods. Linda's place is dog friendly, however there were some faint dog smells of urine in the living room and bed room. Of course this would be expected when people bring their pets. The rest of our experience was great. Linda had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her back porch was totally enclosed for the dogs to enjoy all the nature that surrounded the cabin. Linda was a very available host and was very friendly.

Great place for some peace & quiet. The cabin itself is no frills everything you need kind of place. The grounds itself are amazing. We spend our days by the fire with the kids, the most perfect spot ever to fly a kite with our kids. The deck is a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink while grilling dinner. Overall would return anytime we’re looking for a quick vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay! Location was a bit secluded but still close enough to town if we needed anything. We can't recommend this place enough, even told relatives about it before we left!
