This was a WONDERFUL stay! The hosts were super communicative and provided the option for an earlier check in. The space was just what we needed, incredibly clean, and very tastefully put together. We felt the value was excellent for the price we paid in comparison to the amenities we enjoyed. It perfectly suited our needs and we would very happily book again for our next Bentonville adventure! Highly recommend.

This was our absolute best Airbnb experience that we hame ever had. Tim was so proactive in making our stay perfect. The location and views were absolutely stunning. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The house was absolutely spotless and loaded with all of the little things to make you feel at home. There is so much more that I could say about Tim as a host and his beautiful home overlooking Beaver lake but it would never do either one justice. I highly recommend Tim and his beautiful home. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Absolutely lovely house and fully stocked for your needs

Her home was very welcoming! Lots of beautiful views of the lake from the back decks. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors will smile and wave. If you need a good place that feels like home away from home this is it!

The house is the perfect size for my family of four. It was extremely clean throughout and had all the amenities that we needed. The backyard view is beautiful. In the mornings, we enjoyed watching the red cardinal birds in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet. We felt very safe. We would without question, love to stay here again. The house was in such great condition, we did not need to bother the host. Bella Vista is such a wonderful place to visit. I would highly recommend this area for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

A perfect spot to rest our heads after a long hiking trip. Everything was clean and well organized. Especially appreciated the soaking tub. My only tip is that if you are picky about pillows, bring yours along. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and high end. I never heard other neighbors. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. I definitely plan to come back and stay again. Perfect accommodations

Cute place and comfy bed! Loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Quick walk to Main St, we walked down to watch the Mardi Gras parade. It was convenient having a parking spot.

Cool Little spot, very clean and awesome art on the walls. There’s a desk so you can work absolutely cool little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle but be right there within a minute and a half of getting on a major highway of NWA.

It was amazing, I would even like to rent it out and live here!

A really great stay in a central and walkable location, though parking was also easy. Streamlined check-in and communication while also maintaining a personal touch in how the place was set up.

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

Location was perfect for our family and super close to the Bentonville Community Center where we played at the park and swam on multiple occasions. Michael was super responsive to questions etc

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!
