Lovely home and walking distance to everything!

My wife and I had a few days off for a fall break. Dennis' place was a perfect spot. The drive there and the surrounding woods were vibrant with color. The place was comfortable, well-suited for a short or long stay, and was stocked with plenty to do. The short path to the lake is great, and the dock provides a lovely view. We spent hours just sitting on the dock chairs reading. We were fortunate to have beautiful sunny days. We took the short drive into Traverse City to go to Trattoria Stella, one of our very favorite restaurants. We also took a short hike out back to connect to the Mt Minnie trail and thoroughly enjoyed that hike. Being minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, and Franfort was a perfect location. Our last evening, we went 15 minutes to Peterson Beach and watched the sun set and stayed to watch all the stars emerge in the darkness. It was amazing! We didn't, but we could have built a fire there on the beach.. We hope to return. Thanks Dennis!

Awesome place to stay! We had a group of 8 there to play at Arcadia Bluffs, which was only a 20 minute drive away. The house was in a nice quiet location. Plenty of parking for our cars. House was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The large dining table was great for playing board games (which they had a large selection of). Host was very responsive as well. The only wish I had was if the TV in the living room was larger. Nonetheless, we would definitely return if we decide to challenge the course record. Thanks!

This is our second time staying at Still Point farms and found it wonderfully enjoyable yet again. Great proximity to Crystal mountain for skiing and right near our family in Kaleva. We really want to come back in the Summer to explore more of the grounds. We have six children between our two families and find there is plenty of space even with our large group. Thank you for providing a great experience yet again!

Frankfort is a cute little beach town with no less than 3 ice cream stores within a 1/2 mile. It was a 10-15 minute stroll around a lovely park to get to the downtown area. We loved the restaurants and the brewery was great too. The house is a cute craftsman style home built a long time ago- you can just feel the history. Easy key pad entry. A welcome book with Wi-Fi password and recommendations of things to see and do. Clean linens and comfy beds. A cute eclectic mix of furniture reflects the homeowners love of art. The glass topped door dining table was super cute. The coffee bar was a very nice touch and a great way to start the day. It was unseasonably warm so we appreciated the air conditioning too. There are steep stairs as most homes from this era have, but the handrail was very sturdy and I felt safe. Our pups were happy to have an off leash space to play in the back yard. Thank you for your hospitality!

The home had everything anyone could need. We had our elderly parents with us and they especially appreciated the little touches like plenty of cozy blankets. We needed a gate to block the stairs, and were very happy to find that, along with everything else we could possibly need. The home was very clean with a beachy style that my parents also admired. My mother said the master bed was very comfortable. Thank you for providing a nice place for us while we attended a family wedding.

We were very happy with our stay! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and TV areas were perfect for our group of 4. Chaunseen responded quickly to questions. Thank you for an affordable place that was easy to get to from Crystal Mountain. We hope to be back again next winter!

Our extended family of 19 (10 adults, 9 children) loved the Birch. Plenty of room for all. Very clean when we arrived. Very well equipped house. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Wonderful location and view overlooking Lake Michigan. Convenient to all our day time activities. All agreed that it was a first class experience. We hope to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon! We loved the price, location, and outdoorsy feel. The updated bathroom and kitchen were nice as well. The porch and garage were an added plus! Not a complaint, but a note to others the upstairs loft is tricky for people over 6 ft tall. We had a good laugh and it made it interesting! Thanks again!!

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn in October 2024 with my husband and 2 year old son. The Flip Flop Inn was exactly as described and a great place for a family to stay. Stacey even had a baby gate and child lock on the cabinets. The tub worked well for bathing a toddler and for adult shower. The space was very clean, warm on cold nights, and was a nice private space. Not sharing a wall with anyone else meant we did not have to worry about toddler noise waking others. The area was very quiet and we slept well. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The Airbnb is about a 10-15 minute walk or short drive to Beulah restaurants and the town public beach. US 31 is very close and it's within 45 minutes of Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 minutes from Frankfort and Lake Michigan, and 10 miles from Crystal Mountain. Accessibility note: the Airbnb is located up one flight of stairs and the 6 foot long path from parking to the door is slightly uneven.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for two if planning to only sleep there.. Bed was comfortable. Close to bike path and town of Frankfort. Walked to both The burger Bar and the Cabbage Shed. Really enjoyed a craft cocktail at Furnace Street Distillery.

Really great place to stay, so clean and a lot of well thought out details. I really enjoyed the sleeping nook. Ireland was helpful and flexible when it came to check-in. We would stay here again for our next ski weekend.

We loved our stay here! Ken and Rhonda were the perfect hosts, they were very flexible with check in and check out times and available to us during our stay. The stay is in a renovated garage next to their house, but we felt like we had lots of privacy and the setting with the pond and lots of land is wonderful. Everything seemed new, clean, and comfy, with lots of games that our kid loved. We loved the location, it felt remote but was also very convenient to everything we like to do in the area!

Nice place with a comfortable setup. Came up to ride Crystal Mountain. It was walking distance to the ski lifts and the other properties surrounding the ski hill so that was nice. I would stay again.

This is our second time staying at this condo for a late season trip to Crystal. The location is perfect for a quick walk to Loki or Clipper. Also enjoyed being near the market and pizza place for an easy dinner the night we arrived. Would stay again!

Great place to stay that was super close and walkable to Buck lift. It was so convenient and the condo was a great size for our family and grandparents that came along. Would stay again!

This was our fifth time staying here. The location, watching the boats on Betsie Bay bring us back each year. The condo is very well maintained, Marc is very quick to respond

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.

Great location right next to hole 9. Right across the street from the club house. You can easily walk to the bar or restaurant that’s a part of the resort. The porch is right on hole 9 so you can play golf and then watch others play into the hole from the porch. Couches were comfortable, beds were comfortable, we had no issues the entire stay.

Shoutout to Chelsea, Rachel, and the gentleman from reaccommodation services who, after we had an issue at our initial accommodation, helped us find a new spot promptly. They were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent communication, lovely home, easily walkable to the lifts and Crystal amenities.
