Benzie County : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

This was the perfect location to stay for our fall golf trip to Arcadia Bluffs. A beautiful home less than 20 minutes to the course. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful.

My wife and I had a few days off for a fall break. Dennis' place was a perfect spot. The drive there and the surrounding woods were vibrant with color. The place was comfortable, well-suited for a short or long stay, and was stocked with plenty to do. The short path to the lake is great, and the dock provides a lovely view. We spent hours just sitting on the dock chairs reading. We were fortunate to have beautiful sunny days. We took the short drive into Traverse City to go to Trattoria Stella, one of our very favorite restaurants. We also took a short hike out back to connect to the Mt Minnie trail and thoroughly enjoyed that hike. Being minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, and Franfort was a perfect location. Our last evening, we went 15 minutes to Peterson Beach and watched the sun set and stayed to watch all the stars emerge in the darkness. It was amazing! We didn't, but we could have built a fire there on the beach.. We hope to return. Thanks Dennis!

Awesome place to stay! We had a group of 8 there to play at Arcadia Bluffs, which was only a 20 minute drive away. The house was in a nice quiet location. Plenty of parking for our cars. House was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The large dining table was great for playing board games (which they had a large selection of). Host was very responsive as well. The only wish I had was if the TV in the living room was larger. Nonetheless, we would definitely return if we decide to challenge the course record. Thanks!

This place was absolutely perfect for my friend’s birthday ski trip. Not too far from Crystal Mountain and downtown Thompsonville. We had so much fun here and hope to be back soon!

Frankfort is a cute little beach town with no less than 3 ice cream stores within a 1/2 mile. It was a 10-15 minute stroll around a lovely park to get to the downtown area. We loved the restaurants and the brewery was great too. The house is a cute craftsman style home built a long time ago- you can just feel the history. Easy key pad entry. A welcome book with Wi-Fi password and recommendations of things to see and do. Clean linens and comfy beds. A cute eclectic mix of furniture reflects the homeowners love of art. The glass topped door dining table was super cute. The coffee bar was a very nice touch and a great way to start the day. It was unseasonably warm so we appreciated the air conditioning too. There are steep stairs as most homes from this era have, but the handrail was very sturdy and I felt safe. Our pups were happy to have an off leash space to play in the back yard. Thank you for your hospitality!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We also loved the peaceful and quiet location. If the opportunity presents itself we will be back!

Great location for exploring the M-22 area. Walkable to local diner with great breakfast. 1 mile away from downtown restaurants. Stairs would pose a problem for little kids and elderly dogs. Clean with lots of added extras like games, books, movies, kitchen items.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon! We loved the price, location, and outdoorsy feel. The updated bathroom and kitchen were nice as well. The porch and garage were an added plus! Not a complaint, but a note to others the upstairs loft is tricky for people over 6 ft tall. We had a good laugh and it made it interesting! Thanks again!!

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

A wonderful place to stay, in a welcoming community. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants & shops. Lastly a fantastic host!

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

Booked this AirBnB for a weekend ski trip up north. The check-in was very flexible which was nice because we wanted to ski on check in day. The house was very cozy and inviting. Very clean and taken care of. It offered a lot more room than I expected. The hot tub was spectacular, very hot and the jets are wonderful. Check out was super accommodating as well and the host was very responsive to questions. Only trouble we had was that the furnace has some trouble keeping the house warm during a blizzard. Having the garage was super nice during the blizzard though. It seemed like during our stay most of the neighborhood wasn’t there so it was very quiet and peaceful. Seems like a neighborhood with a lot of summer homes. If you’re going in the winter be sure to take a car with AWD because the roads were pretty difficult to drive on in my tiny sedan. Not the BnB’s fault, but just a warning.

The space has been uniquely updated and quite unexpected when you enter the marina. The unit has lots of space glowing with natural light and clean yet cozy design/furnishings. It is walking distance to several great local spots for eating and drinking and a short drive from any number of the magnificent natural areas Frankfort and the surrounding areas on the coast are known so well for...beaches, lakes, great hiking trails, bluffs and meadows, etc. I found the location to be fantastic and perfect for a family or two couples. I will admit that I found the pricing to be a bit steep at first, but after seeing the spacious unit, bedrooms, and the thoughtful design and character I recognize the value. It was immaculately clean and felt really fresh and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this space. The hosts were great and responsive. Thanks!

I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn in October 2024 with my husband and 2 year old son. The Flip Flop Inn was exactly as described and a great place for a family to stay. Stacey even had a baby gate and child lock on the cabinets. The tub worked well for bathing a toddler and for adult shower. The space was very clean, warm on cold nights, and was a nice private space. Not sharing a wall with anyone else meant we did not have to worry about toddler noise waking others. The area was very quiet and we slept well. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The Airbnb is about a 10-15 minute walk or short drive to Beulah restaurants and the town public beach. US 31 is very close and it's within 45 minutes of Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes, 10 minutes from Frankfort and Lake Michigan, and 10 miles from Crystal Mountain. Accessibility note: the Airbnb is located up one flight of stairs and the 6 foot long path from parking to the door is slightly uneven.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we will definitely be back! We love the location and how close everything is especially the brewery right next door! Dan was very responsive and a great host!
