Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location! The place is very clean and spacious, and the rooms have a good amount of privacy between them. There are AC’s in each room and the living room that get pretty cold. The location is ideal - walkable to so many restaurants & cafes, but also on a quiet street to ensure a good night’s sleep. Tina is a fabulous host. Super responsive and was able to accommodate our early check-in and late check-out. She also sent a wonderful list with all kinds of recommendations. I’ll be back to Buenos Aires soon and look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed staying at Maria Juliana’s. It was well situated and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would stay there again!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Fui con amigos, casa amplia cómoda y limpia, celebre el cumpleaños de mi Esposo con un asado, con autorización previa de los administradores, pasamos un día lindo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía.

El edificio es un poco viejo, pero cuando entras al dpto se disocia. Está muy bien y decorado con estilo moderno, la cocina re completa, buena ducha, cama aceptable y un comedor cómodo. La zona es un poco ruidosa porque tiene cerca estación de subte y tren pero de noche está muy bien. Tiene 3 supermercados a menos de 100 metros. Super recomendable para un viaje de 2/3 días como el que hice yo.

A beautiful and very cool apartment right in the middle of Palermo SoHo. Everything went smoothly and I could t recommend it more highly. Sadly I had to leave early - because of the strike - but I hope to come back to stay next time.

Our stay at Santiago’s Airbnb was amazing. The apartment is cozy, beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a great experience. The location is perfect — close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the subway. But the highlight was the lovely balcony, where my mom and I had breakfast every morning, enjoying the peaceful vibe. Santiago was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always available. He welcomed us personally and explained everything with care. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. A truly unforgettable stay! Mi estadía en el Airbnb de Santiago fue impecable. Es maravilloso, completo, bien equipado, cómodo y hermoso. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y el subte, lo que facilitó mucho los paseos por la ciudad. The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Perfect place to stay to access the Palermo area, lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen!

This place was really great! My family and I had an amazing time with comfortable beds, good shower, spacious and well equipped apartment. It was also on a very convenient location. I am planning on staying there again on future trips to Buenos Aires.

We had an amazing stay start to finish. The location is the best you’ll get in Buenos Aires, within a 5 minute walk of all the top bars and restaurants and a supermarket opposite. Right in the centre of Palermo. Amenities were great, the pool had fantastic views and we had it to ourselves every time we went up. Gym was kitted out with everything you could need. Washers / driers were very easy to use (just need cash, no need to buy the tokens that many other places require). The host was very responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very flexible and easy to coordinate with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, está impecable y muy buen ubicado. Tiene todo lo que se precisa y está muy cuidado. los anfitriones se comunicaron y nos facilitaron el acceso e información. totalmente recomendable

La comunicación fue excelente, siempre fueron muy atentos, y respondían a nuestras inquietudes muy rápido, la zona es tranquila, las camas fueron muy cómodas, en general todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo!!
