We had a great stay at the loft and found it such a lovely, cosy place to stay with amazing sea views. We had everything we needed and loved waking up to sea views every morning. We made full use of the blue tooth speaker and loved being able to listen to our music whilst having a few drinks :) We enjoyed doing the coastal walk from downderry to port wrinkle and there is a pub and tapas bar in walking distance although we found the service in the pub pretty bad so wouldn't recommend going here. Looe is also a short drive away which we visited twice James' communication and clear instructions for our arrival were super helpful and did everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. We would highly recommend staying here and thought it was great value for money.

This is a special place! Margaret’s property is in the most amazing location and is the perfect bolt hole for exploring this area of Cornwall. The house was beautifully presented, clean, well equipped and a lovely home from home. Margaret was responsive, helpful and a great host. We’ll definitely be back!

stayed for 4nights with our dog as well. the caravan was great, but it was the location that made it for us. the beach was outstanding. Molly our dog just loved charging around the huge dog friendly area. It was nice to come back to and sit outside with a glass of wine despite a bit of dodgy wheather. The caravan was spacious and very well equipt, alltogether a very nice break.

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly relaxing and cozy—exactly what we needed for a getaway and to explore north Cornwall and Devon. We arrived late evening, and it was such a thoughtful touch to find welcome snacks waiting for us. We loved using the hot tub and fireplace, which made the experience even more special. The space was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Also, Chris and Jan were absolutely lovely and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful time at the Old Tea Hut. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, with the most amazing views. A special place to stay regardless of the season, we were treated to mostly sunny weather (the sunset was incredible across the bay!) but even on a rainy day it was great to look out and enjoy the property. Lots to do in the local area - we enjoyed a good dinner at the Finnygook Inn, golf at Whitsand Bay Golf Club, and lunch at the Cliff Top Cafe.

A truly special place that exceeded all expectations. The reviews are all incredibly complimentary for a reason. The location is beautiful, the interiors are done to such a high standard and the hosts are brilliant. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

Lovely pre Christmas stay in Karen’s property . A party of 7 Adults 2 teens and a dog , we loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree , and made full use of the darts board and table tennis table . Lovely views, the house was in a prime location , fully equipped, very clean and highly recommended .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We know Bude very well and this was a very convenient location. The house is well appointed, very comfortable and Louisa had thought of everything we might need. The beds are comfortable. Excellent to have the facility to be able to hang our wetsuits to dry. We hope to stay here again.

We were so grateful for such a warm and welcoming stay at the cottage, having just landed back in London from LA and wanting a last minute, restful place to stay for our remaining few days off before heading back home. Full of amenities, everything was easy to use and find and we couldn’t fault the stay. The cottage was easy enough to find even in the dark and the surrounds are peaceful with great views. We made use of the Coast Path and walked through Crackington Haven and over to High Cliff. We just love the stunning scenery of Cornwall. Access to other more famous places such as Bude, Tintagel and Clovelly over the border was great and easy. We’d happily stay again and recommend this spot to anyone.
