Sometimes you book a place and it is a huge disappointment from what you see online. Melanie’s place is the exact OPPOSITE of that. I loved it from the second we pulled up. This apartment is so cozy, clean, and comfortable, and Melanie was a responsive and gracious host. The neighborhood is historically beautiful as well and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend in this perfect, intimate space, we were so busy on our short trip. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to town!

I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

We absolutely loved this apartment! When looking for a central place to stay on the Bourbon trail, this place checked all of my boxes. We cannot wait to return to the apartment. Check in was smooth. Everything was beautiful!

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

I loved my stay in Jame's Airbnb! James is a great host - communicative, friendly, and respectful. He was flexible with my checking-in time, and I enjoyed his place so much that I extended my stay by a couple of days. His place is huge, lovely, very clean, and neat! It has comfy beds and couches, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

As advertised. Nora is responsive and helpful but not pushy. The house and stay was exactly right for us! If we have more to do in the area in the future, will book again. :)

Great little spot down a cul-de-sac and walkable to the UK campus. A pretty garden entrance leads to relaxation in a beautiful old remodeled home split up into individual apartments. Easy lock box entry and check out. I had a lovely, if too brief, stay and would definitely recommend Carlotta’s pad!

Super nice little place. Very clean and well kept. Allie was very responsive when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to food and such. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, spacious & beautiful space. Well furnished & equipped with comfortable beds and lots of little extras. Great bagel place within easy walking distance for breakfast. Lovely art & nice porch to relax on. A very restful & relaxing stay at quite a reasonable price!

Beverly was a fantastic host—friendly, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. Her home in Manchester was absolutely wonderful: clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. She made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in town!

We rent this place for day trips to climbing and it was fantastic. Cosy, clean and very convenient. There is a very friendly “ time shared” cat that comes visit from time to time.

If we could give Natalie 10 stars, we would! We felt so at home the second we walked in. Natalie was kind enough to give us multiple recommendations on places to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet close to major roads/highways. We definitely will be back when we visit Lexington again!

The place was amazing and Beth's instructions on how to get there were perfect. Her communication throughout the stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and the house itself felt homely. Will be staying here again!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

2nd time staying here -- this time for the NCAA Tournament. Just a terrific location near a game arcade plus Rupp Arena and right next to a solid list of drink/food options. The only concern a group could have with this place -- one bedroom is 2 single beds. Another bedroom is closest to the walkway below near a pizzeria and brewery. So at night, if you're trying to go to sleep, you can potentially hear all of that below. But if you ask me, that's a small price to pay for a helluva entertaining area and awesome lodgings!

This place was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway! The location was absolutely perfect for anything you want to do downtown, and an easy drive or Uber for things a little further out. The space was everything we needed!

Sadly we didn’t spend as much time at the penthouse as we had hoped. What time we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed everything the place had to offer….classy, comfy decor and furniture, spotless throughout, well equipped, unique access, and fabulous location if you’re visiting UK. With that, you are in the middle of the going-ons of a lively UK. So expect some street noise at night. It was no issue for us-we were tucked away in our cozy bed. One of our favorite Airbnb “homes!”

Brandon was great to work with and very communicative. Place was nice and as described. Can't beat the location!
