Venky had great communication and was always available for any questions. The place was just as described in the listing. Check in was easy, parking was easy and the location was perfect. Will definitely book again when I'm back in the area.

it was my second time at Anne's and it was even better than the first time, with a larger room, and comfortable bathroom. Anne is a great host, warm, reactive and with great recommendations.

The location is great for getting into NYC using the NJ Transit buses. The schedules were a bit unreliable during my stay but the commute in itself is good. Tevhide is a great host. Very friendly and well informed about the neighborhood, and was very helpful during my stay.

Great host, very helpful and it was easy to check in. Ubers are pricey if you’re thinking about the commute to NYC. Other than that good stay!

Nergis is a great host and was very friendly with my dog. She offered me coffee and tea. The room is spacious, although the bed is small (only big enough for one person). I was glad to have a small desk. I was happy to meet a cute dog and a friendly cat who were staying there.

I ended up enjoying a long Airbnb stay and both Lydia and Alicia were super kind and helpful. The area was also very nice and peaceful with easy commute options to NY. The place was kept clean all the time, and the hosts helped me as much as possible with a lot of my questions. Great conversations too!

Ohhhh where to start with our delightful stay at Anna’s!! First - she’s amazing, kind and so thoughtful! We felt right at home with her and it felt like family to me. This is the kind of host and place you want when doing Airbnb. So happy we will be staying with Anna again soon. It was a such a delight. Second: the bed. Omg so comfortable and snuggly. And the bathroom and bathtub - Ahmazing!! Third: Anna makes a really nice special oatmeal breakfast and she even had gluten free bread available. Super yum. And last but not least: It was truly a blessing to have found her. I had the most wonderful stay at this cozy house share. The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and airy — I felt right at home the moment I walked in. The natural light floods in from the large windows, making the space feel open and welcoming. The attached bathroom was spotless and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the host. Sergia’s laugh and smile are absolutely infectious! She made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived, and her positive energy truly lit up the entire atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet her mother, Daisy and the two dogs, Gordito and Munch. Highly recommend!

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

El alojamiento está muy cómodo, fácil acceso y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable y tranquila. La habitación estuvo perfecta y la vista desde la avenida principal hacia Manhattan es increíble. Tiene fácil acceso a Ferry para cruzar a Manhattan y el bus pasa de manera constante en la esquina. Merci pour ce voyage mémorable. Nous nous sommes vraiment senties comme à la maison. Marlène est chaleureuse, attentionnée et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la chambre est propre et très confortable. Bref, tout est organisé pour vivre le meilleur séjour possible. En plus le rbnb n'est qu'à 35 min en bus de Port Authority, il est donc très facile de se rendre à NY. C'est définitivement le meilleur rbnb de la ville. Je reviendrai c'est sûr !!!

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

a wonderful cabin with a great ambience and very welcoming hosts. the fire, record player, breakfasts, birds in the morning, and more all make for a perfect stay.

We had a quick stay at Anil's place, just one night. Our dinner at Crystal Springs was endlessly delayed and Anil was very accommodating in terms of letting us check in after midnight. Room was clean, homey and comfortable. Anil is very friendly and clearly loves what he does — very happy to have met him.

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Allen & Ann were amazing hosts! My friend and I shared the twin beds room for a few nights and we absolutely loved staying with them. The room and house is beautifully decorated, clean and they make you feel right at home with the bagel breakfast every morning. There are clear expectations and instructions in the house and it's easy to settle in. They shared the daily newspaper with us every morning and we loved having conversation with them during breakfast! They were flexible with our check out schedules and lovely, gracious people. I look forward to staying with them again!

Eleanor the host was very attentive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make delicious vegan breakfasts, and to be sure we were comfortable. the is is an 1850's farm house which in in nice shape. The Empire suite was 2 rooms and a private bath. The pillows and linen's were clean and comfortable. The rooms and house were clean and furnished with antiques. One room in the sweet had an extensive library and TV and was a very nice sitting room. The location is a great year round location, is is between the quaint town of Warwick and the Mountain Creek Ski center and water park. Also great for wineries, farms and farmers markets in spring and fall
