This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. The house was beautiful and large enough for my family of 6. We enjoyed the hot tub with views of an icy lake. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and fresh. We went bowling and found great restaurants in nearby by Warwick. We would love to return soon!

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

While i stayed here as a local for a quiet, low key, staycation to use the pool and hot tub as amenities, Paul's condo at the Appalachian is also perfect to utilize all that Mountain Creek has to offer, whether it be the water park in summer or the ski slopes in fall. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, and the condo is exactly how it is pictured-clean and cozy with a gas fireplace. I highly reccommend Paul's place as a launch pad during your trip to see what Sussex County and nearby Warwick NY have to offer

Evalina and John were the best hosts we’ve ever had! There was a big winter storm during our trip and the power in the area went out briefly and John was over at our place turning on the generator right away. Highly recommend staying here

This place was perfect for a city getaway! Me and a couple girl friends went up to the cabin for the weekend and it was so so fun. A beautiful home, and a gorgeous property. Whenever I had questions there was always a very swift response, the grounds keeper is an absolute angel and the kitties running around outside are so fun. Would totally come back!!

Thiago is a gentleman . He took care of all my needs and even left couple snakes water and I have everything I need for my stay. A Woman traveling alone I saw the reviews and I decide to take a chance and was the best thing I did. Thank you for everything . The house is spacious , elegant and super clean. I loved e everything. I will always come back.

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Jon-Erik. Wir haben uns beim ersten mal schon sehr wohlgefühlt und haben sie deshalb nochmal gebucht. Es war alles wieder perfekt, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Fahrt nach New York war auch sehr einfach 20min fahrt mit dem Bus und die Haltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten weg. Wenn wir ein 3. mal nach New York kommen werden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

We were looking for a place to spend Christmas with our older daughter who has a tiny studio in the Bronx. The carriage house was in a fantastic location, convenient to the GW Bridge and our daughter’s apartment. The private parking was wonderful and the property was right next to some woods which were perfect for our dog. The apartment was spacious enough for our Christmas together and very well appointed including spices in the kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Joe and Victoria were very gracious, helpful hosts who were very responsive communicators and provided a lot of good local info. I would highly recommend the Carriage house; I know we’ll be back!

Valerie was the best host we’ve ever experienced. Her attention to detail was magnificent. I can’t state just how amazing the view from this property was. It was our first trip to New York and we were naive to say the least, but her descriptions and instructions were spot on and we quickly mastered the transit to and from the city as well as getting around the city. I’m so happy we chose to stay here and if we ever come back to the city, this is the first place I’ll look to book!

This is a great place for a family week/weekend. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and made cooking family meals super fun. The house itself is more beautiful in person than it is in pictures and John was an incredibly responsive and generous host.

My daughter arrived first, Martha had communicated to me that a ETA would help so they would be available to let us in and give us the keys, anyway I forgot to tell my daughter that part and Martha’s husband was prompt in meeting up without prior notice. The place was spotless, adorable and perfect for us. Parking wasn’t terrible, a couple times around the block and we found spots, walking around felt safe, car was safe. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the kid downstairs running back and forth at 11:30-12am, it’s bad when you can hear it over the tv, and we were trying to be quiet and mindful of them, no fault of the hosts but a bit annoying! All in all, great stay.

Some exceptional aspects of the home- the beautiful drive from New York to the home, the wonderful physical location, the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the modern architecture, elegant and well-appointed furniture, very comfortable beds and linens, beautiful outdoor spaces, pristine swimming pool, complete chef’s kitchen, excellent internet speed, clean bathrooms with good water pressure, spectacular views and sunsets, and most of all the kindness, warmth, generosity and responsiveness of the hosts.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

What a beautiful home and property! Perfect for a getaway from the city. Plenty of spaces with lovely touches and pool + pond. It was also dog friendly, Genghis loved it!
