Stayed for on site wedding. Room was nice and clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

five stars for uniqueness and charm. We have friends in the area and have had a hard time finding pet friendly accommodations. I was a little hesitant because I didn't know the area and it seemed like a small older place. It is both. after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try and I'm really glad we did It was very clean. very well thought out charming and the best part was the kitchen and restaurant and bar. A small local place with fantastic entertainment. We didn't have to leave the property. just an easy walk downstairs to really unique, delicious food and wonderful entertainment. The girls that work there, Tam and Carly really know what they're doing. they are hard-working and professional and they make a great hot toddy. We will stay there again the next time we visit our friends. It was just very easy and comfortable.

It was a really amazing time in an unique place. Al is a great person that gives a lot information both on local history and guiding on visiting the area. He's s very helpful with anything that is needed during stay. We'll be back!

Location is perfect. Room was clean and staff on site was very friendly. The parking is valet and there is a fee for that. This hotel room is kinda old tho, the sink in the bathroom is always clogged. The A/C is either super hot or super cold.

Amazing amazing amazing! I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, comfortable, the balcony was a plus and the restaurant near the main lobby had a great bartender; that made our drinks extra good! Also, parking was fairly easy to find and the hotel location was perfectly located close to Manhattan! I would recommend just double checking and confirming the room type you are booking, since there are many different options and room styles! I would stay here over & over again 🌸!

Our room was exactly what we had expected and had looked for. Perfect for our stay in New York City. Great staff and very friendly. Felt at home. Didn’t experience any issues what so ever. It was literally lovely that even after our checkout time, she still considered us as guests and allowed us to use to restroom, common area, and store our luggage until our flight later in the evening.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the river, we always returned around midnight and felt calm walking back. The rooms are clean and just like the photos. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. A new jacket we had bought disappeared and no one took responsibility. If there is an event or party in the hotel, a lot of noise can be heard in the rooms. In general, it was a good place to stay and we had a window with an incredible view of the city.

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick, die Rooftop Bar und der Poolbereich sprechen für sich 🤩; sehr bequemes Bett, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Broadway Theater sowie Times Square schnell zu erreichen; Subway direkt um die Ecke. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung! 👍 (Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut! Die Klimaanlage war steuerbar.) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! 😊 Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war ebenfalls top! 👍😊

Had a wonderful weekend getaway! The place was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the ski slopes and nearby activities, making it incredibly convenient for all the fun. The amenities are all within the building as well, we didnt have time to use the heated pool ans sauna but it looked like lots of fun. Next time! Highly recommend!

Arlo is most definitely one of my top 5 favorite hotels! I really love the rustic look the hotel has and the scent all around the location! this is definitely a great place to stay not far from anything you need to reach. It's not my first time staying at this location nor will it be the last time.

Chef Step. where do I even begin. One of the Nicest, Kindest of human beings I've met. He picked me up from NJ and made me feel very welcome to the place. He made me breakfast a couple of times too. A very energetic and enthusiastic person. Very fun to be around and a true Gentleman. My trip to NYC was upgraded to another level because I stayed at Chef Step's. He's like an uncle to me now. My cool uncle in NYC. Thanks for making my trip so memorable.

My partner and I stayed for a night and it was great! A lot of eateries nearby and the town is cute. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting on the bed frame made our experience cozy. When we arrived, it was super busy downstairs in the restaurant as the inn is upstairs. It was loud, but quieted down later on in the evening, and we enjoyed ourselves regardless with watching movies. We enjoyed our stay overall!

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

my second time here and I always love it very peaceful and I went into town which is about a nine minute walk or 3 min drive and there were nice restaurants and nice things to look at. I’d always recommend this place.
