Mindy was a very responsive host, she helped us out immediately with any situation that arose. The house is cozy, and there is a nice back porch and grassy area with palm trees right out back if you have a dog!

The back deck views made the stay. The location is peaceful in a busy area—the lake was full of turtles, ducks, ducklings, and seagulls. It was a convenient base location to visit the area, with easy backroad routes out of downtown Charleston when traffic was bad and quick access to several gardens and historic homes. The beds are all comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was nice to have so many showers/bathrooms for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, it was a great stay for several days.

Great place to stay. Very clean and stocked with all of the amenities including snacks, water, and laundry needs. Plenty of towels and in a great location. Stayed here for a three day basketball tournament. We were within 15 minute drive of each location. Will add this to our favorites when coming for next year’s tournament.

The place was beautiful and felt so spacious! My friends and I had a relaxing vacation thanks to this place, and it was central to a lot of great locations and restaurants!

Kathy was the best host we have ever had at an AirBNB. My wife and I, and another couple, traveled to Charleston to run in the Cooper River Bridge 10k. Kathy was proactive in communication and extremely kind. She left treats for us upon arrival and was consistent in her communication with us throughout our stay. The place itself was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The screened in porch was awesome and peaceful. The kitchen and living space was great. The unit is about 20-25 minutes north of downtown Charleston. It was 10-15 minutes from the Charleston Convention Center. We highly recommend this place and thank Kathy for a great visit!

Very charming and quiet location. The condo was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We felt right at home. The communications were very clear and on-point. They were able to offer early check-in and communicated that with us. There are some very good restaurants in Park Circle, get out there and support local businesses. We had debated bringing our bikes with us, I really wish we had done that. Very bike friendly neighborhoods. We will definitely rent this space again, when we return to Charleston.

Very pleased with our stay at Thomas's place. The house was clean, spacious and wonderfully decorated! The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect as we were in town for the Credit One Open. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had and gave extremely helpful tips on local activities and restaurants. A 5-star host! I would gladly stay at his place again!

Very easy to get to from interstate, apartment was well supplied, very helpful with having beach towels right there to use. I am sure that we will return the next time we are in town.

Beautiful and clean with the perfect amount of open space and tasteful decorations. Michael’s communications were prompt, friendly, and just the right amount of proactive.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s bigger than the pictures show! We loved the decor, layout, spacious rooms and three baths! Pool is across the walkway, including tennis/pickleball courts! Having the golf cart to cruise to the beach or to get a coffee was fantastic! Thanks for the stay!

This was a great trip and the location was close to lots of restaurants for breakfast/brunch and had a great park close by for our kids. The townhouse itself was perfect for our family of four.

Loved the area and had a great time. We traveled to South Carolina to escape the winter in Pa. The accommodations were everything we expected from the pictures published. Thinking about trying to see about availability next winter.

We were in town for a Daniel Island wedding and the location was very convenient. Also easy to get to Mount Pleasant, the beach and downtown (maybe 20 min). The house was very clean, we liked how everything was labeled and they provided many starter things and kitchen essentials (tea/oil/et) that other places have not had. We worked from the home and had no issues with internet. We contacted the owners to ask a question about the tv and they were very responsive and helped us sort that out. It worked fine we just weren’t logging in right. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you!

This house is located in a middle-class, well-designed, gentle, quiet community, close to a supermarket, and very convenient. This is the first time I've used a bathroom with a Handheld Shower Head in an AIRB&B, which is rare for me as I have this need.

The house was very clean, neat and nicely decorated - it looked just like the photos, which is very important! I would definitely recommend this property.
