Drew proved to be VERY considerate and patient. I must have had a senior moment and misread his directions. Got lost finding the place. (my error….not his!) Sent a text and he responded, by phone, immediately. He took the time to lead me to his building. What a guy! The location and apartment were perfect. The ONLY caution I give to is to renters who have walking difficulties. The stairs leading up to the apartment are steep and long. However…….I’m 81 and had no problem with climbing them. The apartment is clean, beautiful and well maintained. Go stay there and enjoy downtown Martinsburg, WVa.

It was a great chance for us to be with family who just relocated to Martinsburg and also have some downtime. The restaurant next door was wonderful, Brix27, and the folks we met were very friendly.

Lovely convenient place to stay while visiting downtown Charles Town and the surrounding area. Autumn‘s apartment was homie and comfortable. It was larger than the pictures portrait. Plenty of great space for a couple or friends. Autumn was very helpful with information on the location and check in & out instructions. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay at her place again!

The place was very spacious for me and my family! Plenty of room to let my baby lay on his play mat in the floor and play with his toys! The loft is cute and comfy! The vibe is good! The beds are very comfy as well! Loved staying in Martinsburg at the Urban Loft!!

Sandringham House was my home away from home when I started a new job in September. I stayed there for a month on weekdays to avoid my long commute. It is a cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped studio apartment, one of many units Derw offers around downtown, with easy access to everything. Brix27 is right across the street and saved me plenty for food after work. I could always park my car right in front of the building, and a no-hassle city parking pass is easy to obtain online at a very reasonable price. The unit faces the back, which helps with the street noise. I have never had any issues with sleeping. The building is secured with a locked front door and a keypad entry. Ben and Drew have been wonderful hosts, responsive within less than 1/2 hour, sometimes within minutes, and always answered my questions. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to visit the area for work or pleasure stay at one of Drew's gems!

Beautiful newly renovated apartment in Downtown Martinsburg, great beds, well supplied kitchen.

Lesley's apartment was wonderful! Plenty of space for 2 Adults and 2 children and the neighborhood is walking friendly! The place has the cutest vibes. It was clean and very nicely furnished.

I was in town for business and had a nice day at Leslie’s place. The bed was super comfy. The towels were thick and plush. There were lots of little extras like cookies, coffee creamer, etc. I hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay! Comfy garage apartment with quirky character. Lots of attention to detail-- kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully and fully equipped, tourism info present, linens and towels were sparkling white and soft. Two nice outside spaces (balcony and deck) although it was rainy so we didn't spend much time outside. Brunswick is a cute little Holly city right by the river. Great we could bring pets too. Thanks for making this place available for travelers!

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. The home is directly on the Potomac river with beautiful river views. The home is a split duplex and you have an adorable apartment all to yourself with a wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms, walk in shower, and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water. You barely notice the upstairs apartment other than the occasional sounds of footsteps above. All tvs are smart tvs with steaming capability. The hosts are very friendly and have excellent restaurant recommendations! This is a hidden gem and a great deal!

The location was perfect and so was everything else. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

I really liked it. You can walk to the slope in about 2 minutes, put your skis on and ride. Place was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. And there is a huge 86” tv so you can lay in bed and be at the cinema! WiFi works. Ac and heat works. Great place!

Ashley and Neil are amazing host. The house was in pristine condition. They took care of everything to make it an effortless, fun, and enjoyable stay. This is the perfect quiet getaway. I can’t wait to go back

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway in Berkeley Springs. It’s located right in town, which made walking around and exploring the town very easy. Danitza was very responsive to messages and we were grateful for her recommendations for restaurants and activities. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay again!
