Cindy’s garage apartment was beautiful and well-stocked with all of the snacks and basics we could need. There’s even a dog washing station in the garage, and an electric car charger should you need. She provides a $25 gift certificate each night stayed to a local vineyard, brewery to restaurant, and there are many to choose from just a short 5-10 minute drive from the Airbnb! It was peak foliage when we went, and we had dinner at Magnolias at the Mill. We also checked out Bluemont Station Winery & Brewery, Bluemont Vineyard, Great Country Farms, Dirt Farm Brewing, and More Better (highly recommend!). All of these places were beautiful, dog-friendly and a short drive! If you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in, bring an eye mask as there is a large skylight right over the bed!

If you're looking for a spot in the woods, within earshot of a babbling brook, this is a lovely option. Although some noise/movement from the upstairs neighbors is audible (this is a basement/back of house property) this didn't bother me. Reagan and Donnie are lovely humans and very accommodating hosts. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who's looking for a rural stay in Waterford.

Being smack on mainstreet yet setback on a second-floor level gives the benefits of both. The lower level is a small professional office that was empty overnight, so no worries on walking about, playing television etc. We were there during a hot spell, and remained comfortable although the poor window AC struggled…with a fair amount of noise. (Brought to host’s attention). No smell of smoke which others have noted. Enjoyed the Keureg coffee provided.

Lovely accommodation that was very walkable into town and the national park.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It was in the perfect location to walk to old town Winchester and see all the different shops and restaurants. The decor was amazing and host was very responsive. We were so happy with our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Gillian's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The location couldn't be better, being so close to the pedestrian mall, the library, and tons of restaurants. I appreciated all of the recommendations from Gillian - there were a lot of options, so having that personal touch is helpful when making decisions. The apartment was clean but also whimsical with nice personal touches. I appreciated the sound machines in each room - it was very relaxing! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Steve's place was great. my husband and I had lots to do while we were there. The hot tub was an extra bonus. We would stay there again.

Paul’s place is wonderful & exactly as described! The beds are super comfortable along with the couches & other furnishings. We were able to walk down to Harper’s Ferry, we took several hikes & had dinner in nearby Shepherdstown, & Frederick. There is so much to do in the area. I wish we had more time to stay, especially to enjoy the house more 😊 Paul is a wonderful host & was very accommodating to a couple requests we had!

This AirBnb was recommended by a friend, and it was not a disappointment! Anyone with kids looking for a R&R vacation, this is the best spot! To have the whole house and all the amenities to yourself is wonderful! The pool, movie theater, games, full kitchen, master suite, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, dining room, and especially the laundry room is great! Judy responded very quickly and was always polite! The house and the pool was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes which is a huge bonus. We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend! Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

Beautiful place! Was a great small size even with a small toddler; her pack and play fit with plenty of space for two dog beds also in the bedroom!

I would definitely recommend this home if you’re staying in the Berkeley Springs area. It’s close to downtown and easy to find. The house has a lot of beautiful natural light and is perfect for multiple people/groups. The amenities are as advertised and the home was peaceful. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at Ana’s! Her home was perfect for me and my brother and his kids. Way better deal than a hotel. Ana was very helpful and flexible and the home was lovely and very clean! Would absolutely recommend. When we come back to the area we’ll definitely try to stay here!

Amy was a gracious host. Available but gave us privacy. The home was spacious. Well equipped and comfortable. Location was ideal. Easy to walk into the sweet town of Shepherdstown and walking places. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks Amy!

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.
