We had a wonderful stay at April’s Airbnb! My husband, two sisters, brother-in-law, and I stayed here, and it was perfect size for our group. My sister also brought her dog, who absolutely loved the big backyard! The home was very comfortable and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after our daily adventures. The location was great—just a short drive to Shepherdstown, Charles Town, Antietam, and Harpers Ferry, with Gettysburg only about an hour away. It was the ideal spot for exploring the area! April was a fantastic host—very responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going well, and offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also really appreciated all the little thoughtful touches, like extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair care items, and TV's in all the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We instantly felt right at home at Bird Land for our girls trip! Eric was super accommodating and attentive. The house is very comfortable with a lot of historic charm. The sunny window bed and bird watching area are so beautiful and peaceful. Gorgeous stained glass windows. There is so much room to spread out! The basement bedroom(s) would be great for kids to have their own space. We had a great time and would love to come back.

We loved staying here! A short drive from downtown and lovely and quiet. It was the perfect getaway for the women in my family. Gina was a superb host and we enjoyed the hot tub!

The house is amazing, clean, stocked with everything you need. The views are beautiful all around house. You can take a walk on the trail, play games in the house or relax in the hot tub. It’s very private, peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a get away.

The home was clean and a great space for our kids, minimal baby-proofing was necessary. Tara and Anthony were extremely kind, responsive and accomodating. The location was perfect for our trip.

Had a great time staying at this house. We recently moved back to the U.S. from living in Japan. I booked this place so that we would be able to have my daughters come for Christmas. It had been several years since we had all been together. Cory was an excellent host. There was a Christmas tree in the house which made it feel more like home. The house was clean and had loads of amenities. The house is a quick walk into historic Charles town which has restaurants, stores and coffee shops. Close to Harpers ferry. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

We have stayed many times at Jake’s place and always had a positive experience! Location: peaceful, beautiful outdoors, lots of privacy. The home: lovely fireplace, beds and linens are comfy! House is clean and cozy. Likely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept it. The kids love: the bunk beds, the indoor pool And the chess table. We will definitely return. Thank you Jake!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

We rang in the New Year in your beautiful cabin! It was the perfect size and destination for us as we shared the space with another family/friends who stayed with us. We enjoyed all of the amenities including your hot tub, jacuzzi tub, and community pool! We also had a great time playing pool, ping pong and family game nights together. Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

Emily and Darragh’s cabin was incredibly neat and clean and a good distance from Whitetail Resort if anyone is looking for a spot to stay and ski for the weekend! Check-in was simple and they responded to any questions I had super fast! 10/10 would recommend, they were awesome hosts!

I had an amazing experience staying at this house. The property was exactly as described it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic because I was looking for a place to unwind. They were incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great tips for local restaurants and activities. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. I especially loved the firepit outside. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

So magical to stay at this gem!!! We were a group of 10: adults, tweens and teens. Although we only stayed 1 night after our group skied at Whitetail, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and we all slept so well. So peaceful. My 11yo son actually told me how peaceful he found the surroundings. For a kid addicted to video games, to hear him say that was priceless. We will be back!!!

Jess and Sam were absolutely amazing! Let us check in early, had things well planned out and easy for us to follow. Were always available if we needed to ask a question. When we had an issue, they were right on top of it to make the issue gone. Helped us secure an unexpected extended stay. The house was set up nicely with so many little extras. Couldn't ask for a better group to work with when we needed them most. Highly recommended to visit!

My cousins and I had a really great stay. First of all we arrived at night … coming in from fog and heavy rain. It was great to pull into the garage and be able to unload without getting wet. Everything inside is clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the couch is ridiculously comfortable and spacious, good water pressure throughout the house and the beds made you want to sleep. Check in was easy and the check out instructions were very reasonable. Mark was friendly and a good communicator. Less than 10 minutes away are several eating options, grocery and shopping and maybe 13 minutes to Snow Riders, River Riders and 2 breweries. All in all a great spot to!

Staying at Ashley’s place was a phenomenal experience! The cabin was clean, well-maintained and incredibly cute! Upon our arrival, we had a small issue, which Ashley remedied immediately. She was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. This was also one of (if not, THE) best stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in (kitchen equipments, bedding, linens, etc.) Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.
