We loved this house! It has such a cute setup in the back with the outdoor shower, hot tub and fire pit. The inside had everything we needed, and Gordon made our stay smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again when visiting LBI!

Simon was very prompt in getting back with any questions I had. The house was right across the street. Great place to stay.

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful shore home. It’s extra-spacious with a very private first-floor suite with bedroom, bath, kitchen and sitting room. It was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and two young children, providing privacy and quiet for nap time. There’s plenty of living space as well in the main part of the house with two family/dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen for congregating with family and friends. And then there’s the massive outside deck with lots of seating and dining space. But the best part is the proximity to the ocean which is just a short walk away, so easy to go back and forth. This property is very well furnished with lots of amenities. It was perfect for a family vacation at the beach!

So many great things to say about our stay. The elevator is a great feature for anyone who has difficulty with stairs as well as a convenient way to unload all your supplies. The views are no less than stunning. The roof top deck allows guests to see the sun rise in the morning and sunset at night. The hot tub is another plus along with the game room. The house was well stocked with anything one could need. Klaus was patient and responsive to his tech challenged guest (me). It is centrally located lending itself to ditching the car 🚘 and choosing to walk instead. The house could use some work as it is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattresses in kids’ room are reasonable for children, but for adults, not so much. This aside we would rent the house again in a heartbeat.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

We absolutely loved this home! The views are fantastic - it's private and quiet. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Lisa's home is quite inviting and stocked to the brim with everything you would need for a couple of days. plus the fully fenced in yard allowed my fur baby to run around the back.

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

This Airbnb was perfect for a long weekend. The weather was awful but only 3ish blocks from the beach. Lots of local places to check out. Went in April so not super busy. Easy check in and anytime I needed to message Katharine she was so prompt in replying. I will definitely be trying to stay with her again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and surrounded by a peaceful, serene atmosphere. It was the perfect setting during our visit, offering both comfort and quiet. The location was ideal and felt like a true retreat. The host was amazing—kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating to our family’s needs as we were visiting for a funeral. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and comfortable. We’re so grateful for the experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful!

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Our family had an amazing week at this property. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and town. Jeff was a great host who communicated well with us every step of the way. It made our vacation stress free and more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to plan a future trip back.

Husband and I chose Kim's home to share 5 days with our adult children and grandson. We travel often with our youngest son, 15. Older children are married w/ hectic schedules. We see them often, but we can't remember OVERNIGHT, quality, family time in years. I'm a stickler for cleanliness, organization and a cozy/relaxing ambience. Kim's home delivered, beyond my expectations! • Listing/pictures accurate • Family space: Large, open-floor concept with kitchen(fully equipped)/ livingroom(comfortable motorized couches), all overlooking beautiful deck and lagoon. • Both bathrooms were spacious. Main bathroom has a beautiful skylight/new. 2nd is private and attached to bedroom.(my husband & I choose this room) • Bedrooms were all sized well for queen beds and dressers. • Beautiful, oversized deck attached to lagoon, along with, well kept pool. Many seating options • Perfectly located on lagoon. This home made for great memories! Bring bikes.Thank you Kim! Can't wait to rebook!
