Very well cared for property with small personal touches that made the stay even better. Everything was clean, kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice family meal, including spices and cooking essentials. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We were thrilled with our stay in this Lennox home. It was right in town close to the local restaurants and a 5 min drive to Canyon Ranch for our spa day passes. The home is ample with 5 bedrooms yet feels cozy. Kendra was a great host, proactively checking in on us, giving clear communication and quickly helping us extend our stay by a day when travel plans changed due to weather. Just perfect for our long weekend getaway!

We had a lovely night staying in this house! It feels larger than the photos. Lots of nice light. Perfect for a weekend trip. It was easy to find and check-in/check-out were easy.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

The hosts of red cottage were very responsive and the property was beautiful. Well located in the Berkshires. My friends and I had a lovely stay!

Beautiful, clean and great location! We were up skiing at Catamount so the location was ideal, and the sauna was a nice treat everyday. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and open. There are a few different levels so plenty of room to spread around with a separate spacious TV/exercise/bunk room in one of the levels. The 2 king beds and twin beds in the bedrooms were all very comfortable and each of the bedroom had their own bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and necessities/spices etc. Kids went sledding and we even hiked up several times to the top of the hill with great views. Carolyn was very responsive and accommodating.

A charming place and cozy stay! Robert was responsive and friendly. Also, I highly recommend the shrimp and cheddar grits at District Bar & Kitchen which is only a few minutes away. So good!

Great weekend getaway location with ski-on, ski-off at Jiminy Peak and amenities at the resort available. Kimberly was very helpful and gave great recommendations! Would certainly stay again and recommend to friends looking for a fun weekend trip!

We loved staying at Patrick’s place. We are in the process of booking another stay with him. There were a lot of things to do in the area that we didn’t get to do. The room was perfect for us. It was comfortable and very cozy. It was just as described. The place was clean and inviting. Patrick suggested a perfect place for my husband to work out in nature. Can’t wait to see the flowers in bloom at his farm.

We spent a wonderful night here for an event at MASS MoCA. It reminded me of old school Airbnb when it was really good---there were snacks and treats for us, kind and informative welcome note, drinks in the fridge, things like that. The museum and main stretch of restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes walking and it's easy to get in and out driving. We'll be staying here again next time we're in western Mass.

Very clean and exactly as-advertised. The property is perched on a hill that overlooks town, which is a 10-minute walk away. I enjoyed the look of the decor and the bed I slept in was very comfy. 10/10 would recommend

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

This was the second time we stayed at Theresa's place. Its a wonderful, clean apartment with all the amenities. More importantly Theresa and her partner are amazing hosts. For example, there were back to back snowstorms when we were there and they were wonderful about making sure the area was safe and we could get out! We look forward to our next visit.

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!
