We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

The house had everything we needed. It was well equipped with plenty of space for two families. Perfect for kids and lots of options for sleeping arrangements. The house has a really warm lived in feeling and is a real home from home. The hosts were brilliant, really responsive and on hand with our questions. A stone’s throw from the beach and in reach of lots of lovely local places, the location was brilliant.

We had a lovely stay with our dog- the beach/cliffs are super easy, short walk away. The Cliff House Hotel was also on route (dog friendly and great food!). A peaceful location and only 10ish minute drive into the New Forest so perfect for exploring. A lovely, neat and tidy guest house, felt very comfy with all the amenities and a super comfy big bed! We will definitely return!

Lindy was an exceptional host, very attentive and friendly. We instantly felt welcome and she was very accommodating and caring…we didn’t want to leave!

Recently stayed at jacks place in Christchurch with my girlfriend, perfect location lots of things available for delivery and nice pubs, beaches a short walk away. Jack was quick at responding if we needed anything and always a phone away for help. Hot tub was amazing, hot on arrival (even tho booked a few hours before) and very easy to use. Beds were super comfy and smart tvs in both bedrooms made all the difference. Fast WiFi and a fully stocked kitchen including cereal, milk, tea, coffee and all the basics you need to cook (different oils) and a separate cupboard full of board games. All in all was a fantastic place to stay made the girlfriend happy which is the main thing. Would strongly recommend.

Lovely bungalow a few minutes walk from the sea and from shops. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is compact but well equipped. Be aware there is no freezer. Dining table is also the work space, which gets quite hot as south facing. Excellent wi-fi. Great garden, safe for the dog.

We spent a fabulous two nights at Marley’s house. The accommodation is connected to the main house, but has a separate entrance and is very private. Everything was clean and well resourced for self catering and entertainment including games for the children. The highlights were the daily kite feeding, watching the birds on the numerous bird feeders, the ability to hike up the well-kept woodland trails from your front door, the surprise cubby house with toys and the warmth and friendliness of Marley and his family. They even dropped us to the local pub for dinner on the Saturday night and picked us up afterwards. We felt welcomed at all times and extremely relaxed leaving. I highly recommend Marley and his accommodation.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

We travelled to Stroud with friends for a two night stay. Anna was very communicative when we needed a cot for our friend’s little one and any questions we had. The pool house is a great location, bi fold doors open to a lovely patio, swimming pool and hot tub. A canopy occupies sofas, bbq and a pizza oven which we utilised. The fire pit along with sandals supplied and rugs are a nice touch to make it cosy. Further to this, Anna thought of everything supplying toiletries, sanitary items, right through to tea, coffee and breakfast supplies Inc a lovely loaf of bread and even dressing gowns to cosy up in Being a dog friendly location I don’t think you will find anywhere as good! The large garden area adjacent to the pool is more than big enough and enclosed for dogs to play and have fun. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to revisit again soon Many thanks Richard

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊

Fijne woning. Afwerking van de woning van hoge kwaliteit. Het huis is schoon en zeer compleet met onder meer goede wandelkaarten van de omgeving, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met een fijne voorraad aan verbruikszaken (olie, kruiden, bakpapier, vuilniszakken e.d.). Verder ook ruim voldoende handdoeken e.d.. Een uitstekend verblijf.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

Lovely chalet, lovely hosts! The place was very thoughtfully equipped, had everything we needed and more.

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

Wonderful stay for a few nights. Host was very responsive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation has just literally been updated so everything was immaculate. I will be back when I’m next in this area for sure

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. Thank you so much to Eva and her family.

Great house for the 8 of us adults plus a small dog and baby, for a couple of nights. Decent living room space and we enjoyed the festive Christmas tree & decorations. Thanks for a good stay!
