Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht eingecheckt, um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Etwas anders als vom Foto des Hauses erwartet, befindet sich das Haus im Dorf und links und rechts sind weitere Häuser. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der alte Bauernhof, mit Hühnern , Kanninchen Ziegen und einer hübschen Voliere. Im Sommer kann man sich sehr schön auch im Garten aufhalten und draußen an Tischen mit Bänken essen. Für einen Kaffee im Freien hat das Wetter gerade so gereicht. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen dass wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben. Petra ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. An-und Abreise wurde sehr kulant gehandhabt, es wurde sogar der Tag vor uns blockiert, um eine frühere Anreise zu ermöglichen. Es gab von Petra sogar einen köstlichen Geburtstagskuchen. Tipps für Unternehmungen gab es auch. Das Kloster Heiligengrabe ist sehr lohnend. Wittstock ist auch einen Besuch wert. Viel mehr konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit allerdings nicht erkunden. Es war ein sehr schöner kurzer Aufenthalt.

Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte im Spreehaus aber haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Gunar war super zuvorkommend und angenehm, wir hatten Glück und es gab nun auch eine Sauna, die wir zwei mal nutzten. Die Betten waren perfekt und die Bettwäsche hat angenehm gerochen, und auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum kochen braucht, es gibt sogar einen Pürierstab und ein Rührgerät. Kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße!!

Zuerst, vielen Dank an Dana und ihre Familie für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Er beantwortete geduldig unsere Fragen. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön. Mit der Natur verbunden, friedlich und ruhig. Die Aussicht war großartig. Die Haushaltsgegenstände waren sauber, ordentlich und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir würden gerne in der Sommersaison wiederkommen. Noch was, Vergessen Sie nicht, frische Eier zu essen, wenn Sie hierher kommen:)

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in der Unterkunft von Tinia und hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen usw. benötigt. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders toll hat uns das riesige Wohnzimmer, die Terrasse und der große Garten gefallen!

Perfekt! Anders kann man es gar nicht beschreiben. Das Haus ist ein wahres Schmuckstück in einer ruhigen und waldreichen Gegend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank an Regine und Erik.

Alles super! Die Kommunikation mit Anya war einfach und freundlich, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

Alles prima, schöne, helle und saubere Unterkunft. Genau wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Nette Ausstattung mit Kleinigkeiten in Bad und Küche. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!

I'd say this is about as good as you can get in Berlin, for price to location/amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. The apartment is a very good size for our needs (we were a couple with a 15 month old toddler). Pictures are very accurate. Location is perfect. Close to lots of interesting things nearby (Kulturbrauerei DDR Museum, Bernauer St. Wall Memorial) and walking distance or short tram to Alexanderplatz. Also decent tram connection from Eberswalder St to Friedrichshain etc). Lidl or Rewe a few minutes walk away. Two small balconies were great - furniture and nice view down the street. Sun in the afternoon too, if you get the weather. Ben & Simon were great hosts. Easy check in and very responsive. Nice little gifts left too, which is always a nice touch. If travelling with a toddler, just be mindful of the free standing book shelf (we moved the books for our stay) and sharp knives in low kitchen drawer. Don't hesitate to book!

I feel like I can't say enough good things about Julia and this apartment. Everything was perfect. The place is even better than the photos, and Julia is there every step of the way. I already miss staying here, and it will be my go-to place when coming to Berlin. The only thing I'm worried about is too many people finding out about this amazing gem! Thank you, Julia!

Had an excellent stay with Bianka - she answered all of my questions about the area and even prepared a welcome packet with everything you need to know.

Great location, stayed a week and mostly walked. Very well furnished, comfortable stay, fully furnished kitchen for cooking, not sure how hot it can be during summer but was greatly heated during our winter days there 👍. Fast internet for remote workers. Highly recommend and would stay again, thanks Egil for making our stay so easy.

Die Wohnung von Jacob war einfach traumhaft: sehr hell und modern und genau so wie beschrieben. Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte jedesmal, wenn ich von meinen Unternehmungen zurück gekommen bin, das Gefühl heim zu kommen. Es war alles tipptopp in Ordnung und alles da, was man braucht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier einchecken wenn ich in Berlin bin. Vielen Dank an meine Gastgeber für alles und alles Gute für euch.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat auch gut geklappt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön allerdings hat man es schon etwas weit in die Innenstadt. Wer allerdings eine etwas ruhigere Unterkunft sucht mit einer schönen Umgebung in der Nähe vom Wasser ist hier genau richtig.

The furnishing and architecture were accomplished with beauty. The terrace half with sun for the morning breakfast,in the shadows for the evening wine were just right. Looking at an old wall with greenery felt like being in a forest. Richard and Johannes were responsive in every way possible and beyond. They made my stay memorable. Thank you. Helga

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place. It was super clean, great location & size for 2 people. Lovely local restaurants, easy transport to the rest of the city. Andrea was really responsive all of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Aus der Tiefgarage per Aufzug direkt in den 5.Stock, dort erwartet einen eine Wohnung im Neuzustand, mit makelloser Reinheit, Top Ausstattung und Blick über die Dächer Berlins! Die Betten sind sehr straff und keineswegs durchgelegen, ( das Masterbed ist sehr gemütlich!) die Bettwaren und Handtücher haben Hotelqualität und scheinen auch nach den Hygienestandards gewaschen zu werden. Der Gefrierschrank ist separat unter dem Kühlschrank und bietet 4 Fächer. Das WLAN ist Top. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top, in einer guten Gegend, freundliche Anwohner und ein premium Holmes Place Fitnessstudio und Kaufland direkt vor der Tür. Der Host ist super erreichbar! Jederzeit wieder!

We loved the Apartment and our stay in Berlin. It was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment (S9 train) and the apartment was beautiful , with very unique and interesting design details. The apartment was within walking distance to many sights (such as museum island) or any easy subway ride (stop right outside apartment) to others (Brandenburg Gate). Highly Recommend to others who would like to visit Berlin
