I had such a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was spotless and I felt at home. The neighbourhood is so interesting - only steps from the apartment are countless cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, public transit. Hardy was kind and helpful and I would stay here again if I return to Berlin in the future.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is very central - close to public transport and walking distance to many activities. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and in a secure building. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment had plenty of heating to stay warm, great shower and water pressure. The perfect place to come back to and relax in after exploring Berlin. The hosts were lovely and prompt with communication.

This apartment was perfect for us, three colleagues visiting Berlin. The location is good, close to the S-bahn and Trams, and walking distance to many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The rooms in the apartment are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was a welcome addition for eating breakfast or take a quick snack. The hosts were always helpful and responsive.

Прекрасная, просторная, теплая, уютная квартира. Особенно прекрасен был незабываемый вид из окон на озеро, который радовал и сопровождал нас каждый день. Не хотелось уезжать, все было прекрасно.

Stephanie's place is very conveniently located in Berlin center and a short walk to subway and tram stations. This made visiting tourist spots and other parts of Berlin very convenient. The house is well-equipped and comfortable for our group of 3. Stephanie and her husband quickly responded to all our queries and greeted us personally despite a late evening arrival. Two thumbs up!

Am besten hat mir die Lage gefallen: soooo viele Restaurants, Kneipen und Läden direkt nebenan. Louis hat vor Ankunft, während dessen und danach schriftlich gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten. Was für ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Located in a quiet and nice area, and the S-41/42 Ring was less than a 5 minute walk away which made getting around the city very easy! The place itself was very nice - basically 2 apartments in one which was very nice for multiple people and gave everyone their own space. I would absolutely stay here again when returning to Berlin!

Great stay in a well appointed spotless apartment. It’s a perfect location close to tram and bus stop and main station but quiet residential location. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this as the perfect base to explore Berlin.

My son and I really enjoyed staying at Valerie’s place. It is located very nicely close to downtown and easy access to both of you and S lines The restaurants within walking distance of the house are excellent, and we felt safe and comfortable in the area The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and clean.

Tolles Appartement, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet,zentral gelegen in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Spittelmarkt. Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Bäcker Schäfers auf der Ecke für Frühstück und Kaffee und das vietnamesische Restaurant Hot Bowl 76. Jürgen war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. sehr empfehlenswert!

It was a nice stay. Even though it was on the ground floor I felt comfortable sleeping in the apartment. It was very clean when we arrived and since we booked on the same day we arrived it was very good and flexible communication.

I had a 3-week perfect stay. Couldn’t be better. Michael & Christiana are very welcoming, accessible and kind. The apartment was clean, organised and spacious. Ideal for 2 people. The district is calm and relaxing. They even helped me carrying the luggage and dropping me off at the metro station by car. I fully recommend!!

Was een fijne ruimte met een mooie tafel in het midden van de keuken wat een centraal punt werd. Slaapkamers en badkamers waren fijn! Elke avond gekookt! Heel fijn! Winkels dichtbij op loopafstand en twee restaurantjes zijn min of meer buren!
