Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Apartment had all amenities listed & was secure & easy to access. Great neighbors!! Garage was secure & easy to access. Excellent for extended stay for work- or school-related situations. Neighborhood is conveniently located, but many vagrants live on nearby streets. We stayed for several weeks & had only positive interactions with locals. Kitchen had everything needed & a few bonuses, like a hotel-style waffle iron. On-site laundry (in kitchen) was very helpful! Roku entertainment was excellent, Wi-Fi worked well. Living room & bedrooms were comfortable & clean; bathroom was clean & had all necessary amenities. Floors could have been cleaner, but available cleaning products & tools made that easy to remedy. We appreciated the pet-friendly option, but did not need it this time. We'd definitely stay here again in similar circumstances. We did not utilize the inviting outdoor space due to cold weather, but definitely would have if it was warmer! Bruce was an attentive & friendly host.

Anthony was a great host. Very attentive and friendly. Place was great had lots of fun in the theater and the video game machine was a plus. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay somewhere secluded and private.

Loved that it was pet friendly and had a doggy door. The place was clean and homey.

I stayed with Kasey for a little over a year and can say her place was the best Airbnb stay I have ever experienced. Kasey is kind, considerate, responsive and respectful of her guests. I would highly recommend her place for short or long-stays. I am going to miss her place!

We had a perfect stay at Delilahs. Great location: we walked to Old Town (3 blocks away) and were able to enjoy the festivities of a Sunday afternoon by happenstance! Well thought of details including a welcoming and automatically beautifully lit backyard. Nice neighbors and adorable pups. After driving across the county and staying mostly in hotels, it was great to be some place that felt like home.

House was exactly like the photos felt right at home. Debra was very friendly and responsive. Beautiful home we enjoyed our stay.

The place was great and in a very quiet and peaceful place. The host is on site so there is always any help if needed. The ad should specify we do share the place, it isn’t entirely private for those who reserve the entire inn upstairs. But other than that the experience was good and beautiful.
