This was easily the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I've stayed in. Eden was proactive and gave extremely clear instructions. Check-in was seamless, and the place itself was great. Spotlessly clean, with uodated appliances, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. It was also equipped with absolutely everything one could need, right down to extra tissues and an oven thermometer. Eden did not miss any details. It was a convenient, safe, and quiet location. We had a great time hiking in the Sandia wilderness and taking the tram up the mountain, all about 15 minutes away from the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great area , very easy access

Shared Airbnb with friend who really liked the decor with SW feel. Enjoyed the horse and Kachina vibes. Had everything needed in the casita, and enjoyed the outside area with birds and local wildlife . Tom was a great host and very patient with more than one extension of stay helping us out with AIrbnb contacts and dates . Overall , it added up to over a month’s time and great stay . Would book again. Thank you again Tom!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! Brad was proactive with so many helpful suggestions throughout our stay. This place was so quaint and private with so much space. There were so many thoughtful extras like board games and we loved the spa! Everything was PERFECT!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this casita! Everything leading up to my stay was seamless - Jimmy replied super quickly to any questions I had, and gave me a quick tour of the space as soon as I arrived. The place is decorated beautifully in warm ABQ colors, there is a full kitchen (stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils you need), and the bathroom was fully stocked with linens and essentials. I felt super safe in the quiet neighborhood, and it is conveniently located an easy 10-min walk from Popejoy Hall, where I was working. There is an amaaaazing vegetarian restaurant, Annapurna, only a few blocks away (where I ate many delicious meals!), and the shops/restaurants of Nob Hill are also within an easy walk. (I didn't have a car, but there was a parking space available if I needed it.) I cannot wait to return to ABQ and look forward to staying at this peaceful Airbnb again - felt like home away from home!

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful home, spacious, and plenty of seating throughout. It was perfect for our gathering of 8 family to celebrate a sister's 80th birthday. The host was most responsive and was willing to give us an early check-in to better accommodate everyone's flights into town. Everyone thought the place helped make the occasion a great success. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

Great home very comfortable and cozy! We felt right at home, space was clean, host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Our stay was absolutely amazing, beds were comfortable 10 out of 10 had great stay!

Very clean place, the yard is huge and fully fenced. The area is ok but pro is we were able to use the garage to park. We were there for one night but it was super quiet :)

Great stay!! Very close to Oldtown and downtown for my purpose to ABQ. Old, settled neighborhood but very peaceful. House is well maintained and clean. Only recommendation I may add is to consider a later checkout time, at least one hour later than listed. Excellent stay, will book again if I ever go back to ABQ.

RBI’s place was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time and everything was perfect. This place is quiet and located close to a freeway for easy access to the city.

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. John communicated very well and sent detailed directions. Appreciated that we were able to bring our cat. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Thanks, John!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

I have stayed at Jeanne's place on a number of occasions. Each time has been great! Very considerate hosts. The location is very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay.
