Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Wonderful spot right near Broadway, couldn’t have been a better location to call home for the trip. Super clean and clutter free space. Highly recommend.

We were in Nashville for a softball game. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy! A big backyard! The location seemed great. We didn’t get to go anywhere but to the game. Communication was great! I would definitely stay again.

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

This was a great airbnb. The location was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed for a single overnight stay in Nashville but would gladly stay here again at anytime!

DeYanna’s place was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. She was a responsive and thoughtful host.

The apartment was beautiful, colorful, and airy with plenty of natural light. Plenty of room for me and my husband. We enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and the gym down stairs. Although the highway outside was pretty noisy throughout the night, we still enjoyed our stay.

This is great location, easy walking distance to all Nashville has to offer. David’s instructions were easy to follow and very detailed. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Gleicy's place. It was very close (walkable) to lower broadway to enjoy music, restaurants, and local bars. Her place was clean and nicely furnished! We will certainly have it on our list for our frequent visits to Nashville!

Perfect location for a visit to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Easy walk to Hillsboro for shops and restaurants. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra blankets. Host very responsive and helpful. Great value!

My first time in Nashville and this place was AMAZING. Even though there was much construction around this time. It was okay. Not far from broadway at all, but it’s better to take the scooter for $5 unless you want to walk the 25 min. Interior of the condominium was clean and all the extra helpful things around the place was great to have. Would definitely come back here the next time I do a trip like this to Nashville!

We had a great stay at Dorinda's apartment. The location is 15-20 minute walk from downtown. The apartment is clean and cozy. I liked that the living room has a lot of light. Great for a stay in Nashville!
