Ujith and his sister and her husband were great hosts. They responded whenever we needed them and gave us the privacy we needed too. The villa is enormous! it can easily cater for 10 people even though there were only three of us. The pool is well cleaned and the garden is well marinated so it's a pleasure to spend time there. The location is great too. It's a 5 minute taxi ride to the main street which has restaurants, shops and the beach. We walked it a few times too but it is a long walk. The only issue we had was the inconsistency of the cleaner coming to clean the villa which was meant to be 5-6 days per week. But after speaking to Ujith, he sorted it out so she came consistently. Overall we were very happy with our stay at the villa.

My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!

J'ajoute qu'en plus de toutes les qualités de cette villa, JC a pris le soin de prévoir notre arrivée pour que tout corresponde à notre attente. Des boissons, des fruits ont été achetés à notre demande (avec justifs à rembourser bien entendu). Ainsi, nous n'avons eu qu'à profiter. L'équipe de la Maison est aussi une des raisons de notre recommendation pour cette villa . Nous 6 adultes, restont encore émus par cette paranthèse qui ressemble au PAradis sur terre. De plus, en 30 mn à pied en traversant la campagne, nous arrivons sur les plages de Talpe où des petits beach clubs nous accueillent pour un bon moment à la plage et contempler les tortues dans leur milieu sans touristes pour les traumatiser. bref que du bonheur. Je reviendrai si je passe par Galle et sa région. encore merci JC.

Overall stay was great! Rooms were very clean with good air conditioning, and clean towels for both shower and pool! One thing to keep in mind is that the seating area and kitchen are outdoor which I didn’t know when booking but it turned out to be good chilling by the nature around! The property is very peaceful with lots of greenery. Valentina was also very responsive and a great host. Can definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week and loved every minute! The location is perfect, peaceful and private but only a short Tuktuk ride from Ahangama town. It’s not traditional self-catering, so no kitchen access but the wonderful staff are on hand to make you whatever you like, no request too much! We had our own private firework display and the team installed full length mirrors for us when we realised there wasn’t one. Honestly the team are lovely, discreet but always there to help. The villa isn’t in the heart of town, but only 5 mins Tuktuk or 30 min walk, which for us on a family holiday was perfect, quiet in the evenings, but so easy to go to the lively bars and restaurants in town. We loved it here! Thank you so much to all the team

This place is absolutely amazing! The space is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

SeDi villa is a very special place to stay. The villa itself is beautiful, with such a lush backdrop. The bedrooms are very large, each with an impressive en-suite. The indoor-outdoor living is peaceful and helps you connect with the nature around you. We have been surprisingly unaffected by mosquitoes. The pool and garden have been enjoyed by all of us. Amila and his family are what has made our stay extra special. They have been very kind and helped us have a meaningful stay, giving us many Sri Lankan experiences.

The photos don’t do it justice. This place exceeded my expectations which rarely happens After a few days of unwinding you start to really appreciate the design of the house and how it feels like you’re living in harmony with nature- the animals (monkeys/ dogs/ birds) are so close to you it’s actually quite magical. The privacy is also amazing and the staff are what really make this place exceptional. Both Sunethra and Chathuranga are so helpful, kind and genuinely warm and welcoming that you feel like you’re at home. Our party are all animal lovers and Chloe the dog was a wonderful bonus- always there but keeps her distance, never barks and makes you feel like she’s looking out for you. This place has families returning and we can see why- we will be one of them!! Location is excellent, just a short Tuk Tuk ride to the beaches and restaurants- but Sunethra’a cooking is actually the best food we had there so definitely get a few dinners booked with her for authentic Sri Lankan

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The space was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Sammy, the cook, prepared fantastic meals that we all loved. The pool was a big hit, and the kids had endless fun on the trampoline. The common rooms were perfect for our group of nine, with plenty of space for games, TV, and reading together. Overall, it was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Highly recommend!

Clare’s place was everything & more than what we were expecting. The villa is absolutely beautiful, set in the most peaceful & tranquil surroundings. Nuwan’s cooking and hosting was the cherry on the top of our experience. Tushara also really looked after us. We were able to organise 3 private yoga classes & a massage - personal highlights of my stay at the villa. All of the above meant that whenever we left the villa, we wanted to get back straight away to our private paradise even though Ahangama is a great area to visit. Highly recommend staying and experiencing the beauty of Villa Sisila!!

Our stay at Wigis villa was wonderful. The villa itself is located in a perfect spot allowing you immediate access to the beach as well as the Main Street with all its cafes, shops and restaurants, on the other side. The villa is a haven of tranquility, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, the house is fully equipped and very well kept. The garden was beautiful and our children had many hours of fun in the lovely pool. Lastly what really made it great was the excellent team on hand. The team prepared beautiful breakfasts each day, together with lunch and dinners on request. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

Such a beautiful place with peaceful waterfront location, we stayed with a big group of 29 adults and south point villa and south point ocean was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. We had a great time swimming in the pools and the ocean, taking sunset walks on the beach. The staff are lovely and work tirelessly to meet our needs, we had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to returning next year.

We had a great time at this beautiful villa. It’s absolutely stunning and well located to the heart of Ahangama. Tim was extremely helpful and responsive. The staff were not overhearing and left us to get on with things. The breakfasts were delicious and portions generous. One morning we had the Sri Lankan breakfast and the next the international breakfast with delicious butter milk pancakes. Dinner was also great and the chef worked hard to provide a variety as everyone ordered something different. Thanks Gamunu and co we enjoyed our time at the villa.

We had the most wonderful family Christmas at Villa Olu. The villa exceeded our expectations - the photos don’t do it justice! It was the most perfect setting for relaxing, having fun, playing games and not to mention the incredible family meals prepared and cooked by Kumara and Nadi!Experiencing the delicious traditional Sri Lankan cuisine was a huge highlight. Kumara could not do enough to help us - book tuk tuks, arrange massages at the villa and arrange transport. The villa is incredibly peaceful yet only ten minutes from Galle where we enjoyed visiting shops, sites and cafes. We would not hesitate to stay at Villa Olu again, what a super family holiday!

We had the best holidays ever spending our time here, the house is amazing, every single detail have been taken care of, beautiful space to create memories. The swimming pool is perfect, the green space is beautiful and is surrounded by the most beautiful greenery. The staff in the house is so kind and helpful, rooms were perfect and the living space is exactly what you need for a family or group of friends. Thank you!

We had the most incredible stay at Lace House! The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and right by the sea. One of our favorite parts was being able to climb down the rocks straight into the ocean. It truly doesn’t get better than that, especially for a surf trip! A huge shoutout to the wonderful team on site—Udaya, the manager, was warm and welcoming, and always ready to help. And special thanks to Praboda , the chef, who really went above and beyond. He graciously prepared a crab dinner for us on our first night, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we’ve had. The food throughout our stay was fabulous—fresh, flavorful, and served with such care. Thank you, Katy, for hosting us in such a magical place.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Noumi, the staff were friendly, kind and responsive. We were welcomed with cold towels, juice and a fruit basket (5 star welcome). The villa itself was very clean, the photos are accurate! The breakfast and dinner we had in the villa were wonderful. The kids were well catered for with a massive box of lego and some toys/card games which were well used after beautiful morning swims at secret beach. Overall I would recommend this place to families or a few couples or even friends. Well located and a short tuk tuk ride or short walk into town and the beach. Thanks for having us!

Erg mooi en fijn verblijf en kwam helemaal overeen met de foto’s. We kwamen iets eerder aan en ze waren alles helemaal aan het schoonmaken. We mochten de spullen ergens neerzetten zodat we nog even wat konden eten. Host reageer snel en fijne communicatie.

Dineru hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Der Pool ist sauber und schön. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

L’hôtel a ouvert il y a deux mois. C’est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Ça ressemble aux photos. Le lit est très confortable. J’ai apprécié la petite piscine qui est restée fraîche malgré la chaleur. Ça faisait beaucoup de bien de s’y trempé. Un soir il y a eu une coupure de courant sur toute la ville. Heureusement l’hôtel dispose d’un générateur et le confort est resté au top. C’est un endroit calme. Pas de bruit de fétards. On est au bord d’une rivière et à trois minutes à pied de la plage. 👍🏻 Je dois signaler qu’il y a cependant une route d’un côté et de l’autre les chemins de fer. Mais personnellement cela ne m’a absolument pas dérangée. Merci à Kasun qui a été très professionnel et sympathique.🙏 Je retournerai sans hésiter et je recommande ce lieu. 🤗

Coconut tree villa is such a special place. The location is really incredible, so peaceful, surrounded by jungle with birds, monkeys and peacocks. Our children loved the pool and were made to feel like royalty by the staff on site. We had a few lovely meals prepared by the lovely ladies for extra cost. Roshan the tuk tuk driver took us to the market to choose some fish, but beware, we were scammed when we went ventured off from him to buy fruit, spending £17 on a few items! The town is a 5 min tuk tuk ride away and we paid 600 ruppee each way, directly to Roshan. We were provided with a mobile and we just called him once we had finished at the beach and he arrived in miniutes. Lesley is a fantastic host, and responded to our requests. We had the most incredible start to our trip and wished we had booked longer, we cant wait to return to CTN!

We loved our stay at Telo! The villa was beautiful and the perfect little haven to come back to in between exploring Ahangama and its surrounding areas. It was exactly as described in the photos. It’s a little bit away from the main area of ahangama which we really loved as it meant it was nice and peaceful at night. We rented a scooter to get around and would highly recommend. The team onsite were super helpful in organising everything for us too! We’ll hopefully be back! :)

we loved our stay here, Nidesh was responsive and flexible. The pool was amazing and it was cleaned every morning. great location, just a tuktuk away from the beach

We loved our 10day stay at Dimuthu, Ahangama. The apartment is beautifully clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is perfect if you like to self cater. Big comfy beds and large bedrooms with a/c. Pool is great and gets afternoon shade. There is a groundsman / security guard onsite 24/7, they are super nice. Location wise it is a 10min walk to Kabalana beach, and in the opposite direction a 15min walk to the shops. We suggest taking the back roads through the village, a bit further but so much more peaceful than the main road. The best thing is the neighbours have tuktuks and will give you a good price to get anywhere, we also organised tours and transport with them. We rate Hungry Monkey to eat at which is a 3 min walk. Value for money is fantastic. We can’t fault this place and will definitely be back!
