The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! The house is located right by the beach, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the sunrise—it’s definitely the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere inside the house is warm and welcoming, with family photos on the walls that really add a personal touch. I also loved the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway!

We loved this apartment. It was warm, cosy, comfortable and very colourful. It was perfect for us, we felt right at home there. Ross had left for us things that make a living space a home. Toiletries, condiments etc. he was there when we arrived and had taken our shopping delivery in. He is kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including local restaurants etc

I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodating Yvonne was! Great communication and amazing flat. Everything was spotlessly clean and so warm and comfortable, we felt right at home! Will definitely be returning to stay with these hosts! Thankyou so much ❤️

Had a great stay in this well appointed apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated & had a modern kitchen & bathroom. There was no noise from the other flats in the block. Jay was a great host, responsive & gave directions on where to park for free. I would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

I grew up in that area so it was convenient for family but it's also easy access via bus into the centre of town. right near some nice take aways. Nice spacious property to allow room for myself and my wife and also a separate room for our toddler. Kitchen was spacious. Nice feel to the property. We'd been staying in rented apartments on previous stays to Newcastle. This has for sure taken its place as the priority place to stay in the future.

We were looking for an affordable private place with 7 bedrooms for 13 adults to enjoy a 60th birthday weekend together, and Richard's place hit the spot! There was plenty of space for everyone, including our 3 dogs and 7 cars. The whole house was always warm, and there were open fires and logs provided if we needed them. There was always plenty of hot water and everything worked well. The beds were clean and comfy and everyone slept well. We had great weather, so we ate outside in the garden twice which was lovely, as there's an uninterrupted view across the garden to the fields and the river. There's also a small town with a well-stocked Spar grocery store and a few pubs approx. 5 mins drive away. You can also walk there along the river bank, and we visited the small church that was a short walk away. Richard was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Beautiful home. As soon as you walk in you feel like you are home. I had to switch accommodations due to availability and I am missing it already. Home is warm and quiet. Great neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's, a really beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. The home is modern and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds which is good after a long day of walking! The home is adorned with some gorgeous photos of the lake district taken by the host herself and she is quite an accomplished landscape photographer. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and we would definitely love to return to the house again.

We loved staying here. Marie was a great host and made sure everything exceeded expectations. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was walking distance to get groceries and the bus stop was less than 2 minutes away to get anywhere in Edinburgh . We wish we stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Edinburgh.

Great base to explore Durham! large rooms and well-equipped. Traffic a little noisy but we knew what to expect before booking. Would definitely book again ☺️

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

Jen and Elizabeth’s place was absolutely wonderful! The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We had a great time in Carlisle and Les was a great host. The flat was lovely and comfortable for our family and Les was very quick to respond to any questiond we had - he even brought new batteries for the TV remote within about 15 minutes of us letting him know there was a warning message on the TV. The flat is walking distance from the castle/cathedral/town centre and right by a supermarket so is really convenient. We would definitely recommend it!

this was my friends first time in edinburgh and it was the perfect location for walking and for driving. although the right block was hard to find a first as soon as we made it in we felt right at home and ended up leaving our car parked the whole time. the place was perfect and the blankets were greatly appreciated. only things we would note is we couldn’t manage to use the controllers to work the tv (could just be us haha) and if you are ordering food drivers have real trouble finding the building. thank u sue for letting us stay❤️

The location was quiet and far enough away from the centre but walkable. The flat itself was prefect for what we needed which was a base, however if you needed to spend more time in the accommodation it would have also been just as good. It was really well equipped with clear instructions for where to find extra pillows etc.

Very nice apartment in a nice location of the city. There were three of us - a far better option than staying in a hotel! The living room and kitchen area was great to hang out
