Kerem is an exceptional host who is helpful and just 15 minutes away if needed. He treats his guests like friends, offering genuine care and great local recommendations. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need. I cooked most of my meals at home and found it very comfortable. The location is perfect: within 5 minutes, you’ll find grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and even liquor stores. A short 15 minutes' walk takes you to lively cafes, bars, and the fish market. I loved staying in a residential area—it offered an authentic local vibe while still being incredibly convenient. The Beşiktaş ferry station is within easy walking distance (just 10 minutes to the Asian side!), and buses (5-10 minutes away) connect you everywhere. If I return to Istanbul, I wouldn’t hesitate to book Kerem’s place again—it truly felt like a home. Highly recommended for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a real local experience!

We had an amazing time staying at Dilan's apartment! It was very clean, cozy and stylish, with everything you might need. The location is great - Ortaköy ferry piers is just 10 minutes away, there are plenty of cafes and shops along the way, yet the surroundings are quiet (definitely worth exploring). Dilan responded to our questions very quickly. Highly recommend!

Ev fotoğraflar ile birebir aynıydı, Emilio oldukça yardımcı oldu, oldukça iyi bir konaklama oldu. Daha sonraki seyehatlarımız için düşünebileceğimiz bir ev ve ev sahibi.

Evde 5 gün konaklama şansı buldum.Endişelerim var mıydı ? Evet..Ama Belkide airbnbdeki en temiz evde kaldığımı söyleyebilirim.Benim için yatak kısmı çok önemlidir..Çünkü sürekli en ufak şeyde uyanırım..Yatağıda ,salondaki çekyatıda( TV izlerken çekyatta sızıp yatağıma geçtim 😀) çok rahattı.Nejat bey inanılmaz ilgiliydi..Hiç bir şey istememe rağmen rahatsızlık vermeden bir şeye ihtiyacımın olup olmadığını sordu..Giriş çıkış saatleri konusunda ricalarımı kırmadı..Ev o kadar temiz ve düzenliydiki evi terk ederken bir çöp dahi bırakmamaya özen gösterdik..Konuma gelince metro ve otobüs durakların yürüme mesafesinde ( 2dk ).Tam bir fiyat performans evi..Senede 4-5 kez İstanbul'a gelirim..Benim için konaklama konusu çok büyük bir sorundu..Nejat bey sayesinde bu sorunum ortadan kalktı..Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim..

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Herkese iyi günler. 26 Mart - 5 Nisan tarihleri arasında konakladim. Bu benim ilk Airbnb deneyimim oldu. Evde gerekli olan herşey mevcuttu. Bana da sadece ihtiyaçlarımı alıp gelmek kalmıştı. Öncelikle ev sahibi Doğan Bey çok yardımsever ve nazik idi. neredeyse hergün "herhangi bir ihtiyacınız var mı? " diye sorardı. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim. Ev çok temiz, havadar ve fotoğraflar ile aynıydı. Ulaşım çok kolay.Konumu harika. 7/24 guvenlik kameralarına sahip. Evin önünden 41ST , 41A , 65A , K2 geçiyor. Seyrantepe metroya yaklaşık 400 metre uzaklıkta. Yokuş çıkmak gerekiyor. ( zaten İstanbul'un heryeri yokuş) Rams Park , vadistanbul ve Seyrantepe eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'ne yakin. Martın sonu yada Nisan başlarında gelirseniz mont getirin (tavsiyedir). Eve aracınızla gelecekseniz park yeri bulmakta sorun yaşamazsınız. Konaklama süresince biz memnun kaldık. Evin konumu beşiktaşın dibinde ama kaostan uzak. Evin hemen önünde ücretli otopark mevcut ama yer bulabilirseniz yol kenarlarına park edebilirsiniz. Beşiktaşta gezmek istediğiniz her şey ayağınızının altında. Ev çok temizdi yataklar çok rahattı manzara müthiş. Savaş bey çok misafirperverdi mesajlarıma hemen geri dönüş sağladı. Yine ev tutmak istersem kesinlikle bu evi tercih ederim.

Ev güzeldi, konum olarak olarak merkeziydi çok rahat ettik. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Tuba is an outstanding host - she communicates swiftly and goes above and beyond for her guests. Her apt was amazing with stunning views. Transportation in instanbul can be a hassle and tuba was able to provide us with direct pickup and dropoff back to the airport and even got us a personal cab to take us all over the city. Even though our stay in instanbul was affected with horrible weather, we were still able to make the most of it. I would highly recommend her apartment and Tuba in general as a host! Thank you for everything!

It was such a beautiful experience to spend 10 days in this beautiful apartment. We felt at home. Kenan was such an amazing host, so proffessional and helping. He was always available to our questions throughout our stay. I recommend him and the apartment hundred percent. :) I cant wait to be back to this apartment! Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

بكتب كل شي لانه يستاهل صراحه المضيف سريع الاستجابه وكل شوي يتطمن على وضعنا عندهم خدمة غسيل وتنظيف الغرف بالنسبه للمنطقه رائعه تصلح للتسوق والتجول مليانه بأشهر المطاعم والمحلات والكافيهات حول الشقه صالون تجميل وبقاله ومخبز العيب الوحيد الحمامات مافيها خصوصيه مره احنا عائله فتقبلنا الوضع والعيب الثاني شارع الشقه خط واحد يعني السياره اذا وقفت لتنزيل الشنط يتعطل الشارع والسيارات والشقه لا تصلح لكبار السنه الطلعه لها شوي متعبه غير كذا كل شي رائع واكرر التجربه

we chose this property because we knew the area. Can was great. we needed more plates and other things and it was sent immediately. bedding could possibly do with updating. overall, good all rounders. thank you Can.

Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Lage und die liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung. Der Kontakt mit Buğra war super freundlich und unkompliziert, bei Fragen wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!
