Мястото изглеждаше точно като ня снимките. Домакинът беше много отзивчив, отговаряше бързо. Беше ни оставил всичко необходимо. Имаше рек проблем с хладилника, но бързо го отстранихме. Апартамента е в много оживен квартал, но ни е си го знаехме. Шумно е от трафика, джамията и таксиджията отдолу, но е търпимо. Много е близо до градския транспорт. Автобусната спирка буквално е под вас. Апартаментът е в защитена , охраняем сграда, така че няма от какво да се притеснявате. Препоръчваме го!

Wenn man abseits von Hotels und trotzdem schnell an dem Taksim Platz, einen tollen zentralen Stadtteil mit Metro angebunden sein möchte ist man hier richtig. Nicht nur Metro, auch Bus und alte Tram fußläufig erreichbar, unschlagbare Terasse und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die Geschmack und das Gefühl von zu Hause zugleich bietet! Sonntags findet der Markt genau vor der Tür Stadt :) Ein kleiner Kiosk gegenüber hat alles was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder !

Evin konumu çok güzeldi ve çok temiz bir evdi. İhtiyacınız olan herşey mevcuttur ev sahibi Layal hanımda her konuda yardımcı oluyor çok hızlı mesajlara cevap veriyor. Sadece yerdeki laminatlar biraz kötüydü oda sorun olmadı bize. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Very nice place in the best location, near the metro station, istiklal ave. With many choices for food and cafe around! Ali was very polite and responsive and the place was spacious comfortable and quiet. Thank you for everything Ali and hope to see u again.

Le logement proposé par Ahmet est juste excellent pour. J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans Airbnb dans la même résidence. Mais cet appartement est l’un des meilleur en terme de prix et de propreté. L’emplacement et la qualité de la résidence est incontournable. Il s’agit de l’une des meilleures résidence à Istanbul. Je remercie Ahmet pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Il a su répondre à nos besoins. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Et je le recommanderais à mes amis.

Sehr empfehlenswert die Lage ist sehr gut alles in der nähe. Die Gastgeberin war sehr fründlich und hilfsbereit.

Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. It’s been a pleasure to visit Heybeliada and this nice and peaceful house made it even better. It was a great stay even if it was for a short time. I highly recommend this place. Ömer was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this stunning 3-bedroom apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage. The living area was perfect for our group, offering a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was spacious for our meals together. The apartment also had modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for peace and privacy. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect home base.

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!

I enjoyed my stay in there , i felt safe as the building is very secure , the hostess Omer was very friendly , polite & respectful , For sure i will book this place again soon
