Хозяин встретил со всей душой и старался, чтобы оставание в его апартаментах было максимально комфортное: встретил, помог донести чемоданы, организовал рабочий стол. Отличный интернет, без перебоев.

My stay at Irem’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was stylish, spotless, and perfectly located, offering both comfort and convenience. We had a nice time at Ayda’s flat. Ayda was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The flat is well-furnished and situated on the ground floor / minus 2 floor, with a cozy little terrace that was especially enjoyable in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, which made remote work comfortable. However, the flat does have a humidity issue that caused a smell when we were there. There can be some noise at times, and the curtains don’t block out the morning light completely, though we managed to sleep well. The location is very convenient, with the Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach various parts of Istanbul by bus. The flat is also well-connected to Beşiktaş ferry station and Zincirlikuyu via the Gayrettepe Metro stop. In addition, nearby, there are two supermarkets (Migros and BIM) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ayda’s flat and appreciated her hospitality

Keyifli bir 3 gün geçirdik. Ev Beşiktaş’ın sırtlarında. Banyo ve yatak odaları gayet temizdi. Ev yeni dizayn edilmiş. Aileyle kalınabilecek fiyat performans açısından İstanbul’da kaldığım en iyi 3 evden birisi. Mustafa Bey çok cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Our stay at Can’s apartment surpassed our expectations. The apartment is in peaceful and quiet area that is still close to the busy parts of Arnavutköy. The view is absolutely beautiful from the front yard, and the apartment was clean, spacious, organized, and had everything we needed. Can was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be staying here again!

We particularly loved this place because it was possible to book the entire house (two floors) for ourselves and it’s easy to walk in and out in a very central area. It’s wooden and traditionally decorated, giving a very warm, nice feeling. It was lovely to have breakfast and dinner in the kitchen, we had everything we needed. The small details like lovely espresso cups stood out. We used all the amenities like wash machine without any issues. This place has a very good value for the price. We were very pleased to stay here, and we would stay here again. The location is very central, but surprisingly quiet. We always had a good night’s sleep and never had issues with noises, which is quite rare in these areas. Nil and Ümmühan hanım were both very communicative and helpful. Ümmühan hanım greeted us and helped us find a parking location. They always called or messaged and checked in on us, if we needed anything. Super nice people. Tekrar çok teşekkürler 🙏

Hassan's place was great and perfect for our needs. The communication was very smooth from booking until check-out. The staff is very helpful with anything you need. Also, they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We will book again if given the chance.

A great place with an incredible location. The host is very responsive and there is tons to do around the house. The house was very clean and the check-in and check-out were very easy. Overall a great place in some of the best neighborhoods in Istanbul.

Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi, temizliğe dikkat eden biri olarak Mert beyin evinde rahat ettiğimi söyleyebilirim.. mutfakta yemek yapabilicek yeterli malzemeler bulunuyordu. Sadece eve gidilen yol araçsız insanlar için biraz yokuşluydu.. Konaklamadan memnunum fiyat performans harikaydı :)

Really close to a beautiful neighborhood and the place has everything you could need. It is a ground floor apartment which was something to keep in mind. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

I came here with 2 friends for cosmetic surgery and a little sightseeing. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry system, Naval Museum, 2 Palaces, National Palaces Painting Museum and Palaces Collections Museum. If you don't want to go far but want to see *something* this is a good home base. One block over you can find dozens of restaurants, several fine bakeries, and a good number of grocery stores. It is a good street for catching taxis. The space itself is wonderful. Kitchen is equipped with most things you might need, but has no microwave or k ife sharpener. Owners are very responsive, cheerfully helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated a personal wifi fix visit for Netflix access. Decor is quite attractive. Washer/dryer unit is very good but you might need help to operate it. All 3 of us said we would be happy to return. Staying here *definitely* increased the comfort and pleasure of our Istanbul medical visit.

Talha is an excellent host and always responsive. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance of local attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose this apartment again for future visits. Highly recommended!

Nice place between two areas. within walking distance of 10 minutes. There are restaurants and a cinema and a shopping center. Also near the gallery and bus stops. The host always answered quickly and tried to help. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Our family of four enjoyed an unforgettable time at Taigoun’s place. The modern, spacious, and clean home has breathtaking views of the Bosphorus throughout. It comes with thoughtful amenities, and the host is exceptionally welcoming, offering great local recommendations. The location is perfect, with easy access near metro line, ferry station, restaurants, and grocery stores. We’re so grateful for our stay and highly recommend.

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Thank you or everything Ksenia!! 🙏

Excellent location close to Taksim, Istiklal, & metro. Apartment was spacious and the elevator is very useful with luggage. Everything was provided for our 1 week stay.

今回の滞在は本当に素晴らしく、Aaronさんはとても親切で丁寧なホストでした。滞在中に妻が足を痛めてしまったのですが、ちょうど「砂糖祭」の影響で薬局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、彼は医療用テープやサポート用の包帯、冷却パックをわざわざ用意してくれました。そのおかげで妻の回復がとてもスムーズに進みました。また、到着前にはタクシーで使えるトルコ語の案内文まで送ってくれるなど、配慮が行き届いていて本当に助かりました。 建物は歴史ある雰囲気を残しつつも、見事にリノベーションされており、古さと新しさが程よく調和しています。ベッドルームが3つ以上あってとても広く、家族3人でも十分ゆったりと過ごせました。寝室だけでなくシャワールームも快適で清潔。さらにテラスからは素敵な教会が望め、その奥にはボスポラス海峡やアジア側の景色まで見渡せるという贅沢さです。観光地へのアクセスも便利で、公共交通機関が近いのに周囲は静かで落ち着いています。スーパーも複数あり、日々の買い物にも不自由しません。キッチンもフルキッチンで、いろいろな料理ができました。 さらに、近所にはかわいいネコちゃんたちがたくさんいて、散歩するだけでも楽しい気分になりました。 総合的に大満足の滞在でした。もしイスタンブールを再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊したいと思います。Aaronさん、本当にありがとうございました！

We immensely enjoyed our stay here. We stayed nearly a month at this AirBnB and really dug into Istanbul, which means we cooked quite a few meals at the apartment and spent a good amount of time getting to know it. The view from the bedrooms is just spectacular - and if you're here to write or work at all, the main bedroom has a lovely desk with a view out toward the Golden Horn. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the space ample enough for three of us. You should know that it's a step or two away from the more tourist area, a fact that we sought out and appreciated. It was quiet, contemplative, and gorgeous. Thank you Erhan!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Kondominium Emperium No1 Residence, hosted by the kind and attentive Nilüfer Elmas. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Nilüfer was a thoughtful and caring host, always responsive and ready to assist whenever needed. The surrounding area was peaceful and not too busy, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped with complete household amenities, making it easy for us to cook, relax, and take care of our family’s needs without any hassle. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again.
