The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again

We loved this place a lot , so we even revisited snd started again there towards the end of our vacation . It felt like home away home. There is a nice general store just outside the compound . The lush green view from Balconies reminded us of Costa Rica … It’s super clean, with all the things that would make one’s stay without any hassles. The numbered lock and elevator adds to the smooth entry and exit . So next time whenever we visit Goa; we will stay there so that we can enjoy the secluded south Goa beaches not very far from this location and the delicious seafood places too.

This place is just wow. The staff is amazing very friendly and polite. Tez who is the supporting staff manager is very helpful and responsive. The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The rooms are big in size and well designed. The in house food served was delicious. Dal makhani and mutton nihari is a must try. Highly recommended for those who just want to relax and spend a nice family, friends time in private.

It is a truly amazing stay, with all amenities which you won't get at any hotel. You can even cook your own food. The stay is situated near candolium market and beach. The place is right at the beach and near some of the finest hotels in Goa. The compound has multiple small other cottages which keeps the goa vibe alibe along with peaceful nature of south goa. the place is apt for 4-5 people and extremely clean and beautiful, surrounded by 2 pools and beautiful common area. Sophie as a host is perfect, communicates effectively and provides insights whenever you ask for help. she is very flexibtand friendly. this will definitely not be the last time i have been to her listing.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The serene and peaceful environment made for the perfect escape. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and plenty of local attractions nearby. Rohit was incredibly warm and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ram Kumar, the caretaker, who was also very friendly and supportive. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous—everything was just as described and more. The clear, detailed instructions provided by the host well in advance made the whole experience even easier. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s definitely worth every penny. Felt like we were right at home the entire time!

A clean and convenient accomodation. Fully furnished with all the basic amenities required for a group. Robin and his father is super friendly and reachable. I recommend this place if you are a group visiting Goa and want to be at a safe distance of touristy accommodations.
