Nossa estadia em Valencia foi excelente, o apartamento é ótimo, melhor que nas fotos do anúncio! Rua tranquila e silenciosa, com mercado, farmácia e metrô muito próximos. Fácil acesso de metrô ou ônibus a qualquer área da cidade. O apartamento estava muito limpo, bem equipado, com cama e chuveiro confortáveis. A Claudia foi muito simpática e solícita conosco. Recomendamos a todos!

This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for my large group (8 guests). The hosts were continuously available and quick at responding. As well as able to help out with our check in after a delayed flight!

I had a great stay at Jaime’ s apartment. It was very comfortable with everything I needed. It was easy to walk to most places in Valencia and easy to get cabs if needed.

El alojamiento está muy nuevo y muy limpio. Dos dormitorios, baño y cocina, equipamiento completo (tostador, microondas, cafetera nespresso, horno). Artículos de limpieza y baño. Lavavajillas, televisión enorme. Agua y café de bienvenida. Súper tranquilo. Colchones y almohadas perfectos. Aire acondicionado en el salón. La finca tiene portería de lunes a sábado. El piso es un bajo exterior. Barrio tranquilo con aparcamiento relativamente fácil. La entrada y salida muy bien con sistema remoto de apertura y cierre. Los anfitriones súper amables y rápidos.

Very charming building with convenient lift to the 3rd floor. The buildings interior has been remodeled tastefully. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Great spot and super convenient to so much in Valencia.

Loved staying here for Las Fallas with our family! The perfect home base. Close to walk everywhere (also on a good transit line though we never ended up needing to take it). Space worked well with kids as the bedrooms are in separate ends of the suite, so once kids were asleep we didn’t have to worry about making noise or keeping them awake. Countless great restaurants nearby but perfectly equipped to cook at home when needed too. The space was bright, clean, and well setup. Looked just like the photos. Would absolutely stay again!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

Alejandro was fantastic. So helpful and attentive. The house is really spacious and clean in a wonderful location. I couldn't recommend this house and our interactions with him any higher

My son and I had a wonderful weekend in Carmens beautifully decorated and furnished property. Iris was a really helpful host and the location is perfect. We Would definitely stay again!!

Fernando is an exceptional host with warm reception, very responsive, and a wealth of tailored recommendations. The place was fun and cute outfitted with everything needed. The neighborhood is walkable to the beach and many great restaurants and spots to enjoy. Lovely experience!

Rosana est une hôte superbe : accueillante, serviable, flexible et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Sa maison est un vrai paradis, avec un accès direct à la plage. De belles oranges et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, avec une agréable odeur de linge propre. Ce fut un pur bonheur de faire sa rencontre. Je recommande fortement !

Nous étions à Valencia pour les Fallas. La ville est splendide, les animations pour les fallas sont grandioses. Les habitants sont trés sympathiques, discutent trés facilement, bref : que du plaisir ! Mais le summum c'est la maison d'Ariadna, c'est encore mieux que sur les photos ! C'est original et trés joli, on s'y sent variment bien Les chambres sont grandes (literie excellente), beaucoup de rangements, les 2 salles de bain trés pratiques et agréables, la cuisine est tout équipée, il ne manque rien, le salon est trés confortable. Le patio est magnifique (si vous avez des enfants c'est super !) On gare la voiture juste à côté, le métro + bus sont à 3 mn à pied et vous amènent à 5 mn du centre ville et à 30 mn de la mer, donc pas besoin de bouger la voiture Ariadna a été vraiment fantastique pour nous préparer notre séjour : encore mille mercis Ariadna ! Comme nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter, nous reviendrons sûrement. Je recommande à 200%, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

La casa muy bonita y acogedora.Solicitamos la cuna y estaba bien preparada. Varios juegos de mesa para jugar en familia. Entorno agradable y recomendado para desconectar. Javi muy amable y atento.

Good communication - excellent location - flexible with allowing to leave cases. The flat is exactly what an Airbnb should be - someone home that is rented out - kitchen well equipped - oiled/ spices etc available . - comfortable beds - back of flat where bedrooms are very quiet .

The place definitely matched its description and photos, a modern and clean apartment with open space and a beautiful, private terrace. We were traveling as a family so didn’t mind not having doors in between the different spaces of the apartment. Pilar was such a lovely host, quick to reply, attentive on our needs and with lots of recommendations and information about what to do/see and restaurants. The area was quiet and peaceful and with walking distance to the hip area of Ruzafa and around 20mins walk to the city centre. We had a great stay!

Ha sido la primera vez que nos alojábamos en un Airbnb, y sin duda ha sido la mejor elección elegir este piso. Super amables desde el principio, nos resolvieron todas las dudas. En cuanto al piso una maravilla, super limpio y hogareño, muy coquetoy con mucho gusto decorado. Muy bien situado y cómodo para estar con niños, a pie de playa prácticamente y muy cercano a Valencia centro. Hemos pasado unos días muy agusto allí, sin duda repetiremos y cuando volvamos a Valencia volveremos a alojarnos allí.

El apartamento es exactamente igual a cómo se describe y se ve en las fotos. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido ágil y resolvió rápidamente un problema que tuvimos a la hora de poner en marcha la calefacción. Se agradece que deje café, azúcar, papel de cocina, jabón de lavadora y lavavajillas, etc. También nos facilitó todos los artículos para el bebé. La única pega ha sido que la ventana de la segunda habitación no ajustaba bien y por la noche se oía mucho el ruido del viento (pero se lo comunicamos y estoy segura de que lo resolverán para los próximos inquilinos).

We had a lovely stay at Gianina's apartment. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the host had provided some additional touches to make our stay easy and comfortable. There were welcome drinks of beer and prosecco in the fridge and some coffee. The soft cosy towels were an additional bonus and there was plenty of hot water to enjoy a good shower. The covered balcony was a good size and we enjoyed our breakfast here most mornings overlooking the pretty port. As the weather wasn't the best during our stay (more rain than we had expected) it was a nice place to return to and relax with the impressive entertainment system in the apartment. The apartment is in a good location with a supermarket and various restaurants on the door step. We chose to use the public transport which again is nearby. One bus will take you into Valencia with a 10 min walk into the old part of the city. This is a great place to stay for adults, away from the city. Would definitely recommend.

Konum olarak şahane bir yer. Market Central'den yemek alışverişi yapıp evde pişirmek sonra balkonda kalabalığı izlerken yemek çok keyifliydi. Ev sahibi sorunlarımıza anında çözüm sundu, verdiği tavsiyeler bize iyi bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı. Las Fallas'ın son günü balkondan meydandaki gösteriyi izlemek ayrıcalıktı.

Our recent stay at Veronica's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. From the very start, Veronica was a great communicator. She kept in touch through text, providing us with all the details we needed for a smooth check-in and offering helpful local tips. Her responsiveness made everything stress-free and easy. Todo fue genial, estuvimos encantados de alojarnos aquí
