Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

One of THE BEST AirBnB rentals. Location was great, a quiet little nook of South Beach in San Francisco. Location is close to public transportation and very walkable. The condo was beautiful and clean. Loved the patio space and big windows to let the sun pour in. Very quiet condo, very little street noise. The condo was comfortable, welcoming and had everything I needed. Space is beautiful, love the decoration. Angela was a phenomenal host. Easy check in and even easier check out. Hope to stay here again!

Lovely stay in this fun neighborhood of Oakland. Great restaurants nearby. Loved Parche restaurant and Nick its fabulous bartender. Luis’ place was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

We had booked another AirBnB location that had at the last minute been cancelled. Fortunately, Austin's apartment actually turned out being closer to our family's Christmas festivities. He also was flexible & worked with me with a special accommodation that I had. I was able to make the trip from another state without having to be stressed out. He also replaced a coffee maker within 10 minutes of our request to him. The apartment was perfect for us! Size, cleanliness & a feeling of complete safety in the neighborhood made the trip work out beautifully for us.

The rental worked well for our visit to Oakland. We liked the large bedroom (lots of space for suitcases, big closet, etc) that afforded privacy from the kitchen/living area. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied for cooking though we only used it for breakfast & takeout. It was also nice to have easy access to the Lake for walks. Marie responded quickly to inquiries & overall a great visit to Oakland.

Stayed here for anniversary surprise for my husband. My husband said this is great, this is awesome over 50 times during our stay. Thank you babe, thank you babe, you’re the best wife. He seemed like a kid in a chocolate factory. The river reminded him of fishing as a boy with his father. The back of the home (deck area is shaped like a ship) very unique. The deck is partially over the water. My husband is a fisherman and this is why I chose this place. This home is inviting and family oriented. Peaceful, quiet, private and serene surroundings. My husband already wants to return when weather is warmer. Great place for a champagne brunch with mimosas, wine, salmon and lox, and soft jazz in the background. Fun for kayaking, swimming, biking, and counting the stars. Lots of wineries in the area. I was so relaxed, I felt like I had a spa day! Highly recommend! You won’t regret it.

Ron’s place was as described and provided all the things we needed for a week-long stay. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, an infant, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for us all. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt right at home. Ron was responsive & accommodating to all of our requests— overall a great host! We would easily recommend Ron’s place to any large groups traveling to the area.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Amy's home in Discovery Bay! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchenware to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning waterfront views that bring a sense of peace and relaxation. The highlight for us was the private dock, which was perfect for fishing! It was such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. Amy is a thoughtful and responsive host, making communication and the check-in process smooth and easy. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Discovery Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great long weekend at the house in Discovery Bay. The location was beautiful, the house was spacious and had all utilities that we could have wished for. Thank you very much!

The house was great and accommodated our family well. The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have a third bathroom. With small kids, they had plenty of room to play and the bunk bed room was perfect. Everyone had a great time.

We booked the place as a retreat for friends visiting from out of the country. The location was quiet, close to our local friends, and easy to get to things to do. The water access behind the house was an added bonus. The kitchen was perfect for cooking in, the beds were comfy (perfectly firm), and everything was clean. There were also extra blankets and linens, which was great for the colder nights. We also appreciated the larger towels. Would certainly stay again!

Our family visits Discovery Bay almost twice a year, and this is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained homes we have stayed in, especially for young kids. Thank you Jessica for providing your house for us to enjoy a very memorable weekend!

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed here for a date night and it was a pretty amazing. The view is incredible. Definitely an experience, and my date loved it. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable and soft. Host is very responsive and was available to us throughout the stay. The only con was the parking. I mean, it’s San Francisco…I get it, but get clarity on the instructions and be careful if you need to double park temporarily, there were cops everywhere when we arrived. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

Very bright and open space . Very good for walking . Walk 3 minutes along bay to views of city of San Fransisco, a pretty marina and a little further to views of the beautiful small mountains. Kathleen communication was fabulous .

I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.
