My friends and I did a weekend trip to Philly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well. I was worried about the parking because of previous reviews however, it’s extremely easy to locate and find, if you follow the instructions provided by the owner. They added pictures on all the check in steps which is extremely helpful. The hosts are extremely responsive as well! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The unit looks just like the pictures. The property’s condition shows as an Airbnb. In the sense of previous damage that occurred by previous guests is visible. For any incoming guests, your expectation should be what you pay for.

Super clean and well-kept up space with everything my husband and I needed for our short stay. Host provided detailed information about check-in, check-out, etc. The only issue we encountered was when our keypad stopped working around check out time, but we reached out to the on-call number and the person we spoke with was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

Only good things to say about Beth and Jon's listing. They were very responsive with all communication and were very accommodating with check-in. Despite being conveniently located right on D. Broad, the apartment was very quiet. Handy to have Target, Giant and Sprouts within a block. would definitely stay again.

The parking and busy street were probably the only cons and those aren’t things in the hosts control. The noise level is also a bit to handle but it’s only day time when most people would be out and about any way. The home is lovely and peaceful, full sized appliances, stocked essentials and cookware provided. Roku tvs which are always great! Lots of help and recommendations around the home. I saw reviews about needing a warmer blanket so I purchased one before coming but they already took note and there’s one in the living room cabinet. The AC units are nice and the fan in the room without the AC works well. There’s a lot to love about the place and the host were amazing.

Our stay at this house was great! We definitely made it our home for the weekend. We are a loud bunch (respectively), just talking, laughing, a little karaoke. We had no complaints. 😁 We appreciate the games that were supplied & all the necessities for our cooking needs. My boyfriend did laugh at the T.Vs being small, but we weren't there for that. We had a blast! Thank You! #greatmemories❤️

Just want to said is a nice house and very clean we had a great time because we love to BBQ and the pool and we BBQ next to the pool it was nice to see the kids from outside the pool we would love to go back next year

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay and location is great! The only down fall was the neighbors with small children (Upstairs). In the bathroom downstairs you can hear their conversations very clear as well as the shows they are watching on the television. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone just finished cooking but it was the neighbors and the smell was coming from the vents. The smell didn't last long. Overall, great location and cute place. Would stay there again.

My family and I loved it. We had a great time ! we were able to check in with no problem and check out with no problem. We were never bothered by staff or anyone. It is a place to be back to ! I had the pleasure of staying at this charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom gem, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! The space was not only spotless but also radiated warmth and comfort from the moment I stepped inside. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect just a short distance from Philadelphia, offering the best of both worlds a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city. What made this stay even more special was Jodatur made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay feel stress-free and enjoyable. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was easy and comfortable. The building in which the place is located is big and can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, but the doormen at the main entrance are there to help point you in the right direction. Just what you need for a short visit to the city. The host, Elizabeth, was very communicative and helpful with a quick response time!

This was our third time staying at Val's place and it was just as great as the first two times. The house is perfect for us and Val is an incredible host! Simply the best!!!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Great location less than 35 minutes to BlueMountain skiing. Place is a little quirky with one bathroom and some annoying motion sensor lights, but location and spaciousness were great. New renovated kitchen was the highlight.

Great spot! Highly recommend for your stay in Philly. Loved the sauna, roof deck and gym in the basement. Lots of space for your group to spread out and have privacy.

Amy’s house was beautiful. Very well kept and she was super responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The only thing is to make sure the host let security know if you’re ever getting a delivery from DoorDash or any service or else you will have to go to the gate to meet them, but it’s not a big deal at all. Overall great experience and would rent it again!!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!
