It has everything you need for both short and long term stays. it's clean, modern, and close to all amenities, including grocery stores. What appreciate most is how quiet the place is and how easy it is to live there, with his parents always available if you need anything. I'd definitely recommend this!!

Lana is an incredible host that went above and beyond to accommodate our unfortunate yet inevitable changing of plans. She was incredibly helpful, kind, responsive and warm. Her apartment was so dreamy and exceeded what you would imagine a seaside oasis in old town Zadar would look like. It is rare to find hosts this lovely! Thank you so much Lana, we will be back.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Denis war sehr Hilfsbereit und hat jede Frage die wir hatten zügig und ausführlich beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigeren Gegend und alles war fußläufig erreichbar (10 Minuten bis zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen und zu Restaurants). Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem Empfehlen!

a very nice apartment, clean well presented, everything you need. only a 10 minute walk to the old town area across the footbridge. shops and bars nearby. parking is a bit tight and scarce but there is a massive free carpark a 2 minute walk away. Even though the area looked a bit grey and cramped we felt comfortable walking around during the day and night.

Ana ´s apartment was just perfect! Location is super top. we had fiew minutes into the city. next is a nice grocery, bakery and cafe. We loved the privacy on our terrace, big living rolm, aircondition and the mosquito net agains biting (actually not so much this season). we are coming definitely back. Ana and her family were super nice, great parking next to the apartment. Lovely people and super vacation.

Great apartment with all need appliances and in the great location only 10 min walk from city center. Parking place is free and in front of the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Vi hade en jättefin vecka i Okrug Gornji! Boendet var superfräscht, med större balkong än vi trodde! Det enda som hade önskats i lägenheten var lite bättre utrustat kök, förutom det var allt toppen! 😃 Jättenära till havet och fina platser för bad, nära till matbutik och restauranger, lugnt område.

Eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage und durch Bolt und co perfekt angebunden. Zu empfehlen für Gruppen bis zu 6 Leute alternativ wie bei uns auch für 7 Leute geeignet. Vermieter äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit Gerne und jederzeit wieder 👍🏼🤝🏼

The Apartment was very well thought out, with a deck and nice outdoor furniture. The grocery store across the street was a bonus to the right of that was the beach. Would have used the workout room downstairs if I had stayed longer. The other added bonus They own the coffee shop downstairs, which serves breakfast, lunch and snacks, and coffee. It was great to be on the beach and away from the hustle of downtown.

The Airbnb is nice and clean. Old town is 20 min away, supermarket is also around the corner and some restaurants are within walking distance. Bozana is very helpful and friendly! The communication with her via Airbnb was easy and fast.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Our stay in Croatia was simply wonderful! The accommodation was fantastic – quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay really enjoyable. We especially loved the veranda, where we could have breakfast outside in the mornings and enjoy the great weather. Our host Marko was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with lots of useful information about local sights and gave great tips. Communication was easy, and he took excellent care of us during our stay. A real highlight was the amazing view and the location right by the sea. It was incredibly convenient to just walk out of the house, cross the street, and be swimming in the Adriatic Sea. We would gladly come back anytime!

Elwis est très réactif et reste disponible durant le séjour pour répondre aux questions ou renseigner. nous conseillons .

We had a very plesant stay. We had enough space, we liked there were plenty of things in the kitchen (pots, pans, bowls, etc.), we loved the pool. After we've discovered the bay on the south, the location was even better. We were also welcomed with wine and food, delicious!

Sehr nette Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder das Haus buchen, wenn ich nach Kroatien fahren würde. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Garten und Pool sind nicht einsehbar und sehr privat.
