La comodidad de las instalaciones y la limpieza es impecable. La casa está cerca de todo pero conservando la tranquilidad del barrio. La generosidad de sus anfitriones hace la diferencia, desde desayunos súper abundantes, bicicletas disponibles y una heladera con bebidas y frutas para el consumo durante el día, entre otras cosas. Massimiliano es una persona muy cálida y amable, siempre atento a cualquier duda o necesidad de sus huéspedes. Espero poder volver a Viareggio y hospedarme nuevamente allí.

Tinny Room did deliver as per the description, tinny, yet priceless. The room itself it’s really small, with just a comfortable double bed with clean sheets, a wee little counter table & a smart Tv. The balcony offered an incredible view of the bespoke landscape, serene, straight from a postcard. Ideal for couples who’re looking to spend romantic evening/s. We wished we stayed for an extra evening, as one night didn’t feel it was enough. Daniele in our opinion has been a super host, she delivered accurate information, assisted with directions, recommendations and had always a clear and friendly approach while communicating. Few nice restaurants about, with some really friendly local people who offered to briefly show us the town. I would absolutely recommend to everyone this little gem, it’s one of a kind. Oh, lastly, breakfast served in wooden tray in the morning, was just what we needed to kick start our day. Fresh & delicious options. This place is pure magic! Thank you Dani!

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

It was an absolute fairytale long-weekend in the little village surrounded by beautiful mountains. The locals were lovely and kind people who helped us get along and we absolutely enjoyed not having internet for a couple of days to fully recharge and detox from social media. Instead we went for runs in the beautiful forest, enjoyed the view, played with dogs, had great conversations and stayed in the present. Perfect location to relax and also to explore the Italian countryside - we traveled comfortably from there to Pisa and Cinque Terre, both being just about an hour away. The apartment is beautifully designed and gives back a lovely medieval city vibe that we really enjoyed. The apartment was set with everything, so cooking was no problem either. We will be happy to be back many more times! 🤗

Alloggio curato, accogliente e con ottime dotazioni. Fuori lerici, cosa che per me era positivo per tutelare il mio cane da botti. Ma comodo sia per raggiungere il mare che i monti. La cosa più importante è il parcheggio privato perché in zona parcheggiare è molto complicato

Dieses Mal waren wir in Sori um mit schöner Aussicht zu arbeiten. Die Unterkunft eignete sich ideal auch für eine Workation. Mit gutem Internet und schönster Aussicht hatten wir alles um super Produktiv zu sein.

Agnese heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! We hadden maar 2 nachten geboekt, maar achteraf hadden we veel langer willen blijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht: de locatie is perfect! Daarnaast reageert Agnese snel, is ze enorm behulpzaam en geeft ze fijne tips!

Bel appartement dans un endroit avec une vue magnifique, au calme. Matteo est un hote très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. Nous y avons passé 2 jours pour visiter les cinque terres avec nos 2 enfants.

We absolutely loved staying with Anna!! The place was immaculate and she really thought of anything you might need. Perfection! She was so helpful and graciously allowed us to have a late check out due to our travel being disrupted. She had wonderful recommendations and even gave us a complementary bottle of homemade wine. L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort,si trova a due passi dal mare,dalla stazione e dal centro, fornito di vari negozi alimentari, ristoranti e bar. Parcheggio gratuito davanti casa anche se tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie per l'ospitalità Lorella, abbiamo passato una piacevole vacanza!

Great place to stay especially if you want to be right on the Main Street with everything is just a few steps away. Minimal stairs, 1/2 flight to the building then 1 flight up to the apartment. The apartment has everything needed and Franco provided water, milk, eggs, butter, pkg toasted bread & jam, also espresso pods and tea. Franco was so kind, in addition he gave us wine he makes. He grows a unique grape varietal on the hillside above the town. The bedroom is open to the living/kitchen area, no door. So if you have a 3rd person on the sofa there’s no separation. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows & quilt was available. The bathroom shower had good water pressure and the hot water lasted for two quick showers in a row.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons kort verblijf bij Alessandro & zijn vrouw. Geweldig vriendelijke mensen & super behulpzaam! Deze locatie is uiterst geschikt als je Cinque Terre wenst te gaan bezoeken of andere stadjes in de buurt van La Spezia. Een echte aanrader!!!

kontakt z gospodarzem od początku był bardzo sprawny i jasny. Dostaliśmy jasne instrukcje jak się zameldować i wszystko było zgodne. sam nocleg był na 1p. Wiec nawet dla nas (a mieliśmy wózek dla dziecka) było to ok. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i blisko zarówno dworca jak i centrum. Gorąco polecamy!

Ruth's apartment was amazing. The view is spectacular and the apartment itself is a stand out. It was quite beautiful with a very open feel and was supplied with all the necessities including her incredible travel guide. It rained during our stay and Ruth was so helpful with keeping us up to date with what was open and where to go. Ruth is an incredible host and very quick with communication. Even with the storm it was a magical experience and one I would love to repeat.

Fabulous apartment - beautifully presented and great location. Communication throughout booking process and our stay was excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend the apartment for visiting the cinque terre as just a two minute walk to the train station.

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

Wir planten einen Kurzurlaub, weg vom Altagsstress. Tatianas Unterkunft ist dafür genau das Richtige! Am Abend hört mann nur die Stille und die Geräusche der Natur! Herrlich! Jeden Morgen gab es ein Frühstück vor die Türe, welches aus selbstgemachten Zutaten bestand (Brot,Ei, Honig etc.). Tatiana war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfbereit. Danke für alles! Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein wenig speziell, jedoch für sichere Autofahrer mit einem Personenwagen durchschnittlicher Grösse gut machbar. Auch dahingehend wurden wir vorgängig gut beraten. Wer Zeit für sich will und nicht tägliche Unterhaltung von aussen benötigt ist genau richtig!

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt. Die Fotos der Unterkunft und die Beschreibung waren zutreffend, jedoch war es vor Ort noch viel viel schöner. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind stilvoll und die Gastgeber wahnsinnig freundlich. Zu Fuß sind zwar wenige aber sehr leckere Restaurants erreichbar und 20min weit weg sind sehr schöne Wanderwege. Die Lage ist zwar sehr weit außerhalb, jedoch wirklich empfehlenswert.

Merci à l’accueil de Luciano très réactif , super petit déjeuner à l’extérieur vue sur les oliviers, nous a donné de bons conseils pour se restaurer , bel espace entre mer et montagne dommage que nous ayons eu une journée de pluie et ne pas pouvoir randonner. Il faudra revenir…

Incredible views, wonderful host and breakfast. We stayed three nights. Description is accurate regarding getting to the residence, but well worth the effort. Would definitely stay again.

Sarah est une personne qui sait et qui aime recevoir. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuné au top ! L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les 5 terres ! Et le petit cadeau personnalisé du départ est super…un grand merci pour l’accueil !
