Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

Great location, apartment was clean. It’s a ground floor unit near the clubhouse so you may hear a little noise from there but other than that the location was perfect and I would stay again.

We've stayed for a month and enjoyed Robert's place. The place was clean and everything was exactly like in pictures. Location is conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Apartments is well thought and have plenty of storage spaces and good quality amenities.

The host was responsive, the space is very easy to access. In a very central LA location. Clean and practical. You have all you need to a pleasant stay!

Very comfortable and clean space. It's bit confusing the instructions but give it time and slowly navigate helps out a lot. Everything was perfect.

Wow!! Beautifully designed house and yard. The jacuzzi was set at the highest point in the yard, on the top of a hill that overlooks the incredible twinkling lights of LA at night and rolling hills during the day, with birds gliding overhead and a totally private setting. The bedroom is designed with a large French door looking out at the same view, and the utter privacy ensures you can leave the curtains open for the view at night. Meanwhile, the living room couch faces a beautiful fireplace and a huge, bright, clear TV like we'd never seen before. The house was well-stocked and clean, and Simon was quickly responsive to an issue when we first arrived -- he came over right away and solved it quickly. We can't wait to find a time to return!

Ruohan's place was just what we needed for our week long stay in LA with kids. The location was close to the beach and walking distance or a short drive to great playgrounds. The kids loved running around the backyard and playing in the back room. It's an old house but they've done a lovely job making it comfortable, clean and stylish. We would definitely stay again!

Marteese’s place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, all the amenities you could ask for plus some and a great location. I would definitely return when I come back to the area and recommend to anyone that I knew that was going to that area.

Had an amazing stay at this cozy and clean home! The space was so inviting and comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra toiletries provided in case I forgot mine. There were plenty of games for entertainment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, making it super easy to find everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend!

Ernesto was a great host allowing for flexible and easy check in and out. The property itself is exactly as described and the private back area/yard is a really great space to enjoy the weather and chill. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We loved staying at Rosalyn's house! It was full of very cool character, we loved the dining room and living room vibes. I drank my coffee in the mornings on the glassed-in porch, it was so nice and serene. The garden and landscaping are also lovely, it really makes the house feel private despite being two blocks from the center of Hollywood. The location is very central for visiting LA, it was a super quick drive to get to the East side, the Valley and down to Weho and Beverly Hills. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed at Bella & Alan's apartment for a few days and had a great experience. The hosts were super friendly and provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with a helpful guide to the complex and its facilities. The apartment complex is new, clean, and well-equipped—with a great gym, swimming pool, and a BBQ area. There's also a supermarket right on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and actually more spacious than I expected. You can even head up to the rooftop to catch a beautiful sunset, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to LA!

This is absolutely a gorgeous and spacious unit that is centrally located in Monterey Park. The place has everything for a relaxing vacation and as well as a work-from-home setup. I loved being able to get coffee from the bakery a few steps away each morning. The large furnished balcony (with grass, btw) is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and is by itself worth the stay! Flo has always been super responsive and genuinely helpful — she truly goes above-and-beyond. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Flo’s airbnb twice now, and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.
