We had our family of 4 adults and 2 small children, 4 1/2 and 1yr old ,, I chose this house primarily because of the location and the pool to keep the kiddos entertained.. we have family that lives in Sumter Square, so it was close to go back-and-forth for our visits . !! Prior to our visit there were certain Things we needed for the toddlers. Specifically a crib for the one year-old. ROBERT was most accommodating in giving us a local connection that could actually deliver a full size portable crib . It was a very easy process.!! This house was particularly close to Spanish Springs shopping centers, with lots of food and grocery stores and any accommodations that you might need!! We are not yet Disney people so we chose to go to Legoland with our toddlers and to Swamp Fever Alligator adventure!! Both were more than entertaining for all of us. I would highly recommend this area and ROBERT as your host !!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

This property was immaculate. Pool was warm and clean. Neighborhood so quiet, we really enjoyed walking around in the evenings. Traffic was light and very respectful when we walked. There was nothing at Gary's we did not find that we needed, including beach towels for the pool, what a plus! Prior to check in I had to correspond with Gary about some timing changes, and he promptly replied to my request. Yes we would stay again if we are in the area.

What an Amazing trip supported by a phenomenal host, Chris. Chris is attentive to every detail. I have booked again for November and looking to do so again for next summer. Thank you Chris for making all of our experiences, memorable s ones.

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

We had a wonderful stay at Mario’s place. The house is spacious, modern, and the pool was a big hit! He is a very responsive host and was quick to help with a minor issue. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of bath towels/bedding. The only things missing that would have been helpful are some pool towels and hooks/a rod in the shared bathroom to hang up towels. The glass shower wall was the only spot we could hang towels. Thanks Mario for a fantastic stay, we would love to be back!

Perfect location for our needs, especially being close to the racetrack! Leslie was very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

Michelle went above & beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warm atmosphere that her home exudes. It felt like cozy retreat, a perfect escape from our everyday hustle. The location is perfect & yet affordable located near the main river. Michelle's attention to detail truly sets her apart as a host. Everything to make her guests feel comfortable & valued. The house has little stuff here & there that make it so thoughtful. It was a little chilly the weekend we were visiting and we enjoyed roasting s’more’s outside around fire pit. Front yard has a nice space for the kids to play. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right off the property. We seen so many manatees during our visit to the springs. It was really refreshing to have someone so engaged & passionate about hosting. She truly makes you feel like a valued guest & not just another customer. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—thank you, Michelle!

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

Could not be more satisfied with our stay at this property. Wonderful location with access to dining and entertainment. Beautiful home with all the comforts required for a pleasant stay away from home. Great neighborhood with friendly folks and having access to a golf cart made traveling easy and fun.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Great trip. The house was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Ms. Lori has great attention to detail: having tons of towels, blankets, dishware, body wash, the list goes on. All new appliances and it was great having a washer and dryer on-site. House was super clean and Ms. Lori is incredibly communicative throughout. Multiple kayaks to choose from and paddles. We took her advice and went out early in the morning and saw tons of manatee and 2 dolphins. It was truly amazing. We also took her recommendation of going to the Preserve and it was gorgeous. Her and the house are a gem!

Chuck was always very responsive. He made every effort to meet all our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

Met our needs and expectations. Clif was responsive once we were there, but he missed an email shortly after we booked causing a minor issue. Clif told us to let him know if we needed anything and I did make a couple of suggestions on items for the kitchen if you cook while staying there. It was stocked well enough for what we cooked. If we need to visit relatives again in the villages, we will certainly look to stay here!

We were visiting relatives in the Villages - and recommend this, if you are in similar circumstances. This location is very close to the Villages and very convenient to a number of amenities. Debra was easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor issues, that are to be expected, but she was very quick to respond and remedy them. The house is very private and shaded.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We stayed at Sheila’s place while I helped my parents move. Her house was close but gave us some extra privacy in a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend Sheila’s place to others and would book it again myself next time we visit.

Rented for Springbreak trip and had a fantastic stay! The house was so cute, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home—even the things we forgot to pack. The décor was charming and made the whole space feel really warm and welcoming. It was also really clean. We loved using the bikes and kayaks. The tunnels were just a short paddle away, with crystal-clear water and we found manatees every single time we went out—such an unforgettable experience. The location was also perfect for visiting Homosassa Springs State Park and exploring the area. I highly recommend— plan on visiting again!
