It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

The apartment was spotless , tastefully furnished and spacious . It was in a great , central location quiet and tucked away . The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any queries. Shrewsbury is beautiful with great architecture , fabulous places to eat and interesting places to visit including the castle, library and Prison all within walking distance of the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

I have to say The Amethyst was absolutely amazing! The quality of the flat for the value for the money was seriously good! Must say host Savannah was fantastic during the stay as well. If I am back in Cheltenham I will definitely be trying to book this flat and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Cheltenham area!

Flat is as pictured, easy to find, and our family of four slept very well indeed. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen. The showers were brilliant.

Fantastic place for our family, including our young daughter. The location was very central, and the apartment had everything needed for us (we stayed for a week). Absolutely no complaints and George was incredibly responsive throughout our stay for anything we needed.

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Highly recommended. This was our 3rd visit in about 18 months, and the very high standard all round has been maintained. Previously we've come as a couple, but this time a family member came with us, and the 2nd bathroom was a definite benefit. We noticed the lack of wardrobe hanging space in the 2nd bedroom, but there is ample space in the main bedroom wardrobes, plus drawer space and hooks for hanging in the other room; this wasn't a problem for us. We had no need for help from the friendly hosts - they're not intrusive, but very near at hand if required. This was our first visit in the spring (a lovely time to see Ludlow) and the views from the lounge give a great feeling of being in the country, although it doesn't take long to walk to the town centre for the shops, pubs etc. Part of the walk is uphill (a fact of life in Ludlow) but that means it's downhill on the way back from the pub! Had a good dinner at the nearest pub (the Queen's). St Laurence's Church well worth a visit.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Perfectly located cottage in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. Clean and well equipped. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Fabulous works from the doorstep. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

We really enjoyed staying at Kit's place. Super clean, bright and homely. Just like the photos. Kit is a great host - great communication with us, always replied promptly and gave us good information. We had a nice welcome: Kit had put the heating on (it was freezing outside) and left us a great welcome pack of drinks and snacks. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the station. The house had plenty of space for dining and relaxing; the bedrooms had enough clothes-hanging space. The bathroom and kitchen - also spacious - were very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. We would come here again. Highly recommended.

Danny’s house is absolutely beautiful, we loved the open plan living and kitchen with big sky lights, fire place. Really lovely Upstairs the bedrooms are beautifully done and the bathroom is fab. Location was ideal for us for a wedding. We only stayed one night, but I think would make a great base for a long weekend to get to enjoy the house. Great comms from Danny: thanks very much

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

Wonderful place to stay on outskirts of Leamington Spa and easy walking distance to town, amenities etc. Comfortable and well equipped home with welcoming vibe. Good size accommodation with lovely decorations. Bread, milk, butter, jam, coffee, tea etc much appreciated and other items in cupboards and freezer if we had needed them. Cooker, hob, microwave and toaster all work well and the wide range of utensils and cooking equipment helped us prepare meals. Quiet neighbourhood and beautiful shared landscaped grounds. Good communications from Host, with the option to check out later as no guests were arriving later that day. Would definitely recommend this property and if we are ever back in the area would definitely book again.

We had a great stay and Carola has been ever so kind and very responsive. She came to introduce herself and even helped us with our luggages on the way out. The apartment is exactly how shown on photos and it was very clean and tidy, lovely decor and furniture, we felt quickly at home. The check in was super easy and we've found all the instructions and many recommendations in the guest book, us welcome bundle. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sandip was very helpful in terms of written instructions, video instructions & tips, response to written requests and verbal requests for advice. We found a window tricky and Sandip was with us in 20 minutes to sort our difficulty. Sandip was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We were very late booking this place, but Pearl responded within minutes and accommodated us on a very short notice. We were given tips on where to eat and where to visit. Lovely cosy place within easy reach of all the local Pubs and restaurants. Will come back again.

Great place, really clean and felt homely. Will definitely return, Shrewsbury is great. Laurence is very responsive and can't do enough to make you welcome and comfortable.

Lovely ground floor apartment, perfect for two. Easy walk into Broadfield where there is a good choice of places to eat and shop. Fantastic countryside with many walks from the door. Lovely couple of days - just what we needed

We had an excellent 1 night stay. Fiona was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We parked with ease. The apartment was spotless and a lovely place to relax in with comfy beds and handy to have 2 bathrooms for the four of us. So close to town. We’d love to come again!

Perfect apparments in a great central location. Very clean and well appointed facilities. Very fluffy towels which we really appreciated. Mark was very helpful with check in details. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shrewsbury.
