The perfect apartment for a few days in Hastings/St Leonards. Wonderful sea view and minutes from all the main amenities of St Leonards (shops, bars, restaurants). Great value and ideal location.

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

Had a lovely stay in the cottage which was so close to a great quiet beach. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

We had an amazing stay & enjoyed the beautiful and stylish apartment, great restaurants in St Leonard’s, phenomenal views of the sea, and pottering around the quirky shops and galleries in Hastings down the promenade. A brilliant time in a wonderful part of the Kent coast!

We have been at Gillian's for the 2nd time in two years, that really says it all, doesn't it? Also we hope to be able to return again, it is such a comfortable cozy central place, you couldn't possibly ask for more when staying in beautiful Hastings. The sea and the shops are within easy reach, still it's a quiet lovely street. Highest possible marks!

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Clean and convenient. Close to the town (5 mins walk) and very friendly and helpful host.

Cosy warm cottage to stay in. Super comfy beds furnished with historic touches. Cook in the kitchen OR Best pub food around the corner & a walk away from every cuisine you could want including 1st class coffee. We felt very welcome & loved our week at Tom Thumbs Cottage. Thank you Abraham & Joseph for your kindness leading up to our holiday and during our stay. Thanks also for all the wonderful information you provided to us. Do yourself a favour & don’t miss the award winning gelato around the corner from the cottage, excellent!

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Return visit. Would totally recommend the caravan. We love how close it is to the sea

As a family we had a fantastic 3 days staying at the park dean complex. The accommodation was clean, warm, quiet & even had home from home bits like salt, pepper, oil & kitchen equipment which was great for us. Tina communicated & responded to messages without fail. We will be back very soon!

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again! Kerry was in contact throughout when needed and replied to any queries quickly. Thankyou 45 Seaview! Becca and family.

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Kim’s place is beautiful - spotlessly clean, very well equipped, lots of recommendations, very comfortable and excellent location. Plus Kim included so many extra touches - supplies in the kitchen (including herbal tea, muesli, homemade cake, Easter eggs for our kids 🥹). The bathrooms are equipped with eco friendly toiletries, soft towels, and the beds are comfy. Kim thought of everything! She sent us personalised recommendations for things to do with our kids. This is an excellent property with first class host! Heartily recommend!!

we had a lovely stay.. everything in walking or short bus/ scooter ride. really clean, loads of little extras like tea and coffee, cooking oil etc. could have had more shower gel instead of shampoo as there was 6 of us and I forgot to pack any. it is smaller than the photos just because of the wide angle lens but we would stay again. lots of space in throughout. thanks again ☺️

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Had a great stay will be visiting again

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)
