We really enjoyed our stay in Hastings. The accomodation was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, spacious, light and airy. The view of the sea was amazing and exactly like in the pictures. We were blessed with sunny weather the entire time. It was great being so near to the beach so we could pop down for a swim in the sea really easily which I did every day despite the water still being a bit chilly in early April! We absolutely loved sitting in the comfy chairs by the window watching the sea and all the people walking by. It was a great couple of days break and we feel really refreshed after our couple of days by the sea. Thank you.

What a fabulous airbnb!! Looks just as the photos, if not, more stunning and spacious. The host, Jasper, was nothing but helpful and kind, making the stay very easy and stress-free. Overall, I would recommend to anyone visiting Hasting and/or St Leonard's.

I loved this little space. I'd taken myself away for a couple of nights me time and meeting old friends. Zoe was great, she let me use the driveway but the road looked to have good parking. The space was quirky and fun it even comes with a record player and a great selection of records. I'll definitely be returning. Thank you Zoe.

Lovely flat, spectacular views and we enjoyed the daily walk along the sea front in to town.

We stayed at the View for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday and as a first holiday with our 5 month old puppy, Peaches. We had a lovely time, the house and grounds were stunning and so peaceful. We went for beautiful walks and bike ride and will recommend to anyone

We had the loveliest weekend stay in Hasting's at Bindu's cosy, beautiful place. The flat is exactly as pictured, very comfortable, and outfitted with everything you will need. Bindu was super responsive and helpful through the booking and check-in process. At some point after booking, I amended my reservation to include another family member and Bindu was so helpful. The location and views were outstanding. Our favourite thing about the flat was how family friendly it was, as we were traveling with our toddler. We made great use of the cot, highchair and children's toys - this really made our stay :)

Great flat in the heart of Hastings old town. Perfect location for the shops and bars of the old town as well as the beach. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed and our 4 year old loved the bunk beds!

Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

Pristine, spacious accommodation near the beach and close to wonderful walking routes. Lovely addition of a cinema room! Very informative host, thank you for providing such brilliant accommodation.

I cannot recommend Sophie's cottage highly enough. It's in a perfect location for everything you may need, the cottage is beautiful and has every amenity supplied. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay

I was delighted by the property, the immediate surroundings, and by the charming town of Rye, and felt very fortunate to have chosen it for a 3 night break for myself, my wife, our two sons and their partners. There was plenty of interesting things to see, and we had lovely walks to both Winchelsea Beach and Camber Sands. Becky was very helpful in arranging for a luggage store for our final day after check-out.

Fantastic beach house. Very spacious and well equipped to host 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). Lovely interior and big garden with lots to do for the kids (games, toys, swings in garden). New table tennis table was a bonus! Karl was very responsive and provided everything we could have wanted. Brilliant location, 5 min walk from the beach. We spent a weekend here but could have happily done longer and would hope to come back in the future for either a week or 2 holiday or another long weekend. Thanks for having us!

We had a fabulous stay at Barefoot. The house was terrific - great set up inside, extremely clean and comfortable and with all we needed (and more) for a perfect few days at the beach. The location is amazing - literally right on the beach, nestled amongst beautiful dunes which the kids adored. And being able to step right onto the sand was glorious. Mark was extremely helpful with all we needed and also local recommendations - communication always v quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend staying at Barefoot! We are sure to be back!

We came to visit with our toddler, large dog and grandparents this place was incredible, a place all stakeholders had the best time. it really is no joke about being 5 minutes from the beach. the area was lovely and quiet with a few friendly locals. we strolled the large empty beaches and had lovely breakfasts lunches and dinners all nearby. we played I'm the sand during the afternoons and had a lovely BBQ and toasted smores over the fire. the house itself is warm and cosy but decorated well enough it didn't feel cluttered or messy. everything we could need for 5 adults and a child and shops only 6 min drive away for anything. my dog was delighted with the area and was comfortable enough that once his blankets and beds were down he was fine sleeping on his own downstairs. we ended up getting absolutely gorgeous weather having said that I imagine coming down when it's chilly or a little rainy would be equally as enjoyable. I will definitely be booking again.

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My daughter and I had such a wonderful stay for a week. The area is very nice and quiet, yet very convenient. Lovely room with lots of space and well equipped. Personally I was really happy to have a Nespresso machine in the room. (I am a coffee lover! ) Carl and Sarah were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back here again!

The photos do not do Debbie’s place justice. A really special, beautiful home full of unique touches and with a breathtaking view. We felt really at home here, and Debbie was super friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to go back !

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Steve’s place. The view of the expansive sea was breathtaking. The flat was huge, bright and spacious. I slept really well as the bed was very comfy. The flat is immaculately maintained and beautifully styled - loved it. I will definitely be revisiting! Thank you!

A fantastic weekend in Hastings at Lorna's place. Accommodation and facilities could not have been better and communication and help from Lorna was spot on. The apartment, the location and access to all that Hastings has to offer could not have been better. We'd love to come back

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

The pictures don’t really do justice to how amazing this place was. Everything was lovely and the view from the balcony was beautiful to wake to in the morning. Susan was a great hoist and very helpful. We would definitely come back again

We had a great stay in Lauren’s place in Hastings. The flat is beautiful and spacious, with an ideal seafront location near St Leonard and Hastings city centres. Our daughter loved her time there and enjoyed all the toys.

Beautiful clean place, within easy walk of all the shopping and restaurants and seafront you could want. Modern and comfortable. I would book again.
