This space is really special - the house itself is beautiful, old and full of character. It's definitely not a space where the outside looks old and the inside has had all character stripped. The unit itself is tastefully decorated in a way that makes it feel both old and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The morning light in the turret is so gorgeous. I honestly can't say enough good things. I will definitely be recommending to others.

Really enjoyed our stay! Felt like home. Very comfy and clean. Stove and range worked perfectly. Lots of comfy pillows. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very close to shopping and to the freeway, which made getting around very convenient. Host was extremely responsive. Like possibly the most responsive host i have had. and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our time at Xiaomei’s. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio, but now our family is in several states. We booked the house so 6 of us could stay together and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in a home setting. We ordered our meal; we did not cook at Xiaomei’s. We were very comfortable there! Some of my family walked through German Village and enjoyed a delicious meal at Schmidt’s. I recommend the area if you have a rental car as there is not much to do in walking distance. I did notice a bus stop pretty close to Xiaomei’s, so you may be able to take the city bus where you want to go. It would be worth checking.

Cozy and spacious home in an amazing location! We had everything we needed and will absolutely return, hopefully in the summer to enjoy their beautiful outdoor space!

It was a very lovely home, with plenty of entertainment. The hot ton was very nice the garage space was comforting. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. I plan to book this place again in the future.

We just got home and already miss the Pink Chalet. We had the most wonderful weekend and felt right at home. This place is adorable, clean, and stocked with amenities. We especially loved the backyard fire pit and private picnic table. Definitely will be coming back when it’s a little warmer and less rainy! Despite the gloomy weather though, we spent the weekend happily cozied up by the fireplace watching movies and enjoying the coloring books. The location is great and has quick, easy access to the highway and local attractions. We intended on visiting more places over the weekend but only ended up going to COSI and a few stores downtown. Can’t wait to explore more of Columbus and stay at the Pink Chalet again 🩷
