The stay was absolutely amazing! The house was incredibly clean, and Andrea was so welcoming, friendly, and kind. I had a truly wonderful experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir ev. İlk Airbnb kullanmışım olduğu için endişelerim vardı ama Andrea Hanım sayesinde her şey kolayca halloldu. 😊

We stayed at Andrea's place for 2 weeks and the flat was clean and had everything we needed. Andrea is a great host and always responded quickly when we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Die Unterkunft von Nagehan ist wundervoll. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bilder zusehen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Busse sind wenige Minuten entfernt und man kommt super von A nach B. Nagehan ist ein wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete schnell, wenn ich Fragen hatte, super höflich und sympathisch!! Ich kann Nagehan und ihre Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der eine schöne Zeit in Istanbul verbringen möchte. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen! Vielen lieben Dank Nagehan für alles !!

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

The accommodation is very conveniently located in the Beyoglu district. We were able to walk to all the attractions. Lisa turned out to be an excellent host—she helped us with check-in and resolved any issues that arose. The apartment is warm, which is very important for early March in Istanbul. The only drawback is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The staircase is quite narrow, which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, we liked the apartment and had a wonderful time staying at Lisa’s place.

We had the pleasure of staying at Muge’s apartment for a week, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to the hospital ( since our trip goal was seeing a doctor, in addition to sightseeing ), nice restaurants nearby , and public transport( taxi and Metrobus 50 meters away ) , yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi in the rooms area could be better though, in addition to a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. If we ever return to this area, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Kondominium Emperium No1 Residence, hosted by the kind and attentive Nilüfer Elmas. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Nilüfer was a thoughtful and caring host, always responsive and ready to assist whenever needed. The surrounding area was peaceful and not too busy, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped with complete household amenities, making it easy for us to cook, relax, and take care of our family’s needs without any hassle. If we return to Istanbul in the future, we would definitely choose to stay here again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul — whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo traveler looking for a calm, cozy, and convenient place to stay. İşimle ilgili katıldığım fuar için burda konakladım ve gerçekten bayıldım.Havalimanından eve gelişte transfer hizmetlerini kullandım zaman olarak gerçekten çok işe yaradı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahve makinesi güzel bi detaydı. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, ulaşım çok kolaydı. Ev sahipleri ise her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve çok misafirperverlerdi. Daire fotoğrafta gösterildiği gibiydi. Manzarası şahaneydi ve kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Resul Bey çok ilgili, kibar ve bilgilendiriciydi. Bana çok yardımcı oldu ve çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Amazing apartment and very responsive staff. I will definitely go again.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

Pasty is a very helpful and kind host. Apartment was very clean and organised. Calm building, security 24h I fully recommend.

Ev küçük ama pratikti, 2+1 de kaldık 18 kat. İkea tarzı ev olduğundan norveç deki günlerime anımsatı. Manzarası inanılmazdı. Isısı çok iyiydi. Kapalı otoparkdan direk asansör ile daire katına çıkışıyorsun. Migros jet, Starbucks ve Eczane dininde. Metro M9 direk kapıda nerdeyse. Ordan yeni bosna veya Ataköy duraklarından heryere geçebiliyorsun. Mesela Aksaray/yeni kapı 30/40 dakika. Evde mutfak ve ekip manları olması harikaydı. Fırında pizza, mini börek gibi pratik atıştırmalıklat için kulanışlı. Ama getirden de kapına sipariş verebilirsin. Kısacası istanbul merkeze kolay ulaşımlı, güvenli bir residence da ev konforunda kalmak isteyen herkeze tavsiye edebilirim.
