We liked this place so much that we didn’t wanted to try the other place and extended our stay. The terrace and its view mesmerised us both in the morning and at night. Plus, my sons enjoying the Playstation in the dome and the closeness to the tram with 1 min walk was other reasons that we decided to stay longer. We thank the hosts so much for an amazing vacation time we spent in Istanbul! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The house was wonderful and warm, there is everything you need, the area is great and it will always be my first choice with the family, the host was very wonderful and helpful thank him for that 🙏

This place is a stunning turquoise-colored building, perfect for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything inside is brand new, fresh, and designed with real thoughtfulness—it’s a joy to stay here. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Balat in Istanbul, surrounded by local sights, charming streets, and just steps from the Bosphorus. Some of the rooms even have views of the water, which is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for a group trip.

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

This place is truely unique and extraordinary. The back wall is Roman, the building is Ottoman and the whole place feels like a mid - C20th artist's studio! If you like everything sterile and matching then this probably not for you, but if you want an unforgettable experience that you will dine out on then treat yourself to a stay here. Oh, and the view from the terrace across the Golden Horn is spectacular, especially with the evening call to prayer. Top Tip - If you arrive at Sabiha Gokcen airport just get the M4 Metro, then a ferry from Kadikoy to Fener.

Квартира знаходиться в тихому спальному районі. Не далеко лікарня Аджибадем. Поряд є декілька супермаркетів, аптека, банкомати, гарний парк для прогулянок, мечеть. Непогана транспортна розвʼязка. Господар привітний. Всі питання вирішує швидко, готовий в усьому допомогти. Сама квартира доглянута, чиста. Розташована на передостанньому поверсі і з тераси відкривається гарний вигляд на місто.

Great apartment with local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Great host that’s extremely responsive.

Was a pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to help me with few travel issues. I encourage future guests to be nice and respectful and maintain courtesy for a positive experience.

Konut Sahibini tekrar burdanda tebrik etmek isterim, girdiğim ve gezdiğim en temiz Istanbuldaki Konut diyebilirim her ikiside. Konum olarak istanbulun her semtine sadece 1 Saat mesafedesiniz, Marmaray'a 5 dakkalık bir Otobüs ile ulastıktan sonra, Eski Istanbul, Anadolu Yakası ve Marmaray düzergahında bulunan her Semt sadece 15-25 Dakka arası. Bir istanbullu olarak diyebilirimki Arabadan ve Taxiden cok cok daha kolay Istanbulun nerdeyse her kösesi,ne ulasım cok kolay. Tebrik ediyorum Konut sahibini ve Başarılarının devamını diliyorum.

This apartment was just what we were looking for - cozy, clean, and in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze, and from the start, everything felt smooth and easy. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. It made our stay super convenient. What really stood out, though, was Khaled’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. It’s clear he really cares about his guests having a great experience. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in Istanbul!

The accommodation is very conveniently located in the Beyoglu district. We were able to walk to all the attractions. Lisa turned out to be an excellent host—she helped us with check-in and resolved any issues that arose. The apartment is warm, which is very important for early March in Istanbul. The only drawback is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The staircase is quite narrow, which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, we liked the apartment and had a wonderful time staying at Lisa’s place.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

Glad we stayed here for a month. Very close to Metrobus and tranvay which takes you anywhere in İstanbul. Exactly like pictures very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and proactive in solving our problems. Definitely recommended

Erhan provided us with excellent directions for getting from the airport to the apartment as well as lots of information about the neighborhood. He was easy to communicate with and checked in with us regularly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well equiped, and we really appreciated the lovely bowl of fresh fruit he provided for us. Location was good for grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, public transit, and one of Istanbul's main shopping streets a short distance away.
