Es war alles bestens. Du Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt um dies zu beheben.

Wonderful place, you can easily feel at home. Onur responded quickly to anything we needed. Onur provided us with three fans but unfortunately the summer heat was too intense and the apartment did feel very hot at all times, so we found it quite difficult to relax. The heat was the only downfall but apart from this the apartment was lovely with a lovely character. We will definitely book this in the cooler seasons.

Ailem ile istanbula ilk gelişimizdi. Bizim için özel bir günü böylesine sıcak kanlı karşılama ile daha özel kılan İsmail Beye teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. Evin konumu, temizliği, doğalgazı ve sıcaklığı (özellikle biz gelmeden sırf bebek var diye evi 2 saat öncesinde ısıtan bir ev sahibi), mutfak eşyaları evimizde hissettirdi. Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

This place is an absolute gem. The rooftop alone is worth the stay but the vibe of the entire flat is just unforgettable and i did not want to leave!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Die Villa war mit einer Einfahrt für etwa 6-8 Fahrzeuge ausgestattet und leicht über die kurzen Treppen zu begehen. Die Inneneinrichtung in der Villa ist modern und schlicht gehalten. Mit einer Terrasse, einem Garten mit Pool, Grill, Sitzecken uvm. hat man hier definitiv eine Entspannungsoase. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

very big size apartment in a convenient place to see all tourist attractions using trams or buses from Yusufpasa. Host is extremely responsive, any time of the day. they even went above and beyond to bring us a new microwave oven to suit our needs. Overall, a very pleasant stay in this apartment, will definitely recommend this place.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

я довольна апартаментами и расположением, красивые виды, хорошая окрестность, в десяти минутах ходьбы много вкусных заведедений и хороших ресторанов, никаких проблем и вопросов во время проживания не возникало, всё чисто, есть всё необходимое, легко попасть, мгновенное подтверждение, мне понравилось!

Our stay in Istanbul was made even better thanks to this amazing apartment ! The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, and had a great mix of modern comfort and local charm. Each room was well-furnished and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!
